- (a)為用戶提供現場及遙距支援服務;
- (b)提供硬件及軟件的安裝和故障檢修服務；
- (c)提供資訊科技支援服務；
- (d)為最終用戶提供培訓。
職責
- (a)Providing on-site and off-site support services to users;
- (b)Providing hardware and software installation and troubleshooting services;
- (c)Providing help desk service; and
- (d)Providing training to end users.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績
註1,2] ，或具同等學歷; 或
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績
[註2] ，或具同等學歷；及
(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績
[註3] ，或具同等成績;
(c)具有三年電腦設置、安裝、硬件和軟件維修方面的相關工作經驗；
(d)具有操作和管理Microsoft Windows、HCL Domino/Notes、Microsoft Office和Active Directory的工作經驗；
(e)具備良好的顧客服務技巧；
(f)具有良好的溝通能力；
(g)持有MCSE證書者更佳。
- (a)
- (i)Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (note 1 and 2), or equivalent; or
- (ii)Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (note 2), or equivalent; and
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE (note 3), or equivalent
- (c)3 years’ relevant working experience in computer set up, installation, and hardware and software maintenance;
- (d)Working experience in the operation and administration of Microsoft Windows, HCL Domino/Notes, Microsoft Office and Active Directory environment;
- (e)Good customer service skills;
- (f)Good communication skills; and
- (g)Qualifications of MCSE will be an added advantage.

註1] 政府在聘任時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
