職責
負責(a)謄寫中文電視節目的中文字幕，例如紀錄片、戲劇、時事節目及清談節目；(b)檢查內容中的專門術語、特別辭彙和口語用字；以及(c)製作字幕稿。
Responsible for (a) transcribing Chinese subtitles for Chinese Television programmes, ranging from documentary, drama, current affairs to talk show; (b) checking special jargon, special terms and colloquial terms in the content; and (c) producing subtitle scripts.
入職條件
(a)(i)持有香港的大學所頒發學位，主修語言、翻譯、新聞及傳理，或具備同等學歷；或(ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授的認可高級文憑或認可副學士學位，主修語言、翻譯、新聞及傳理，或具備同等學歷，並具有一年從事媒體或新聞工作經驗；(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績；及(c) 熟悉中文輸入法(倉頡或速成等) [請參閱註(1)]。
申請人如
(i) 熟悉本地及國際新聞時事；以及
(ii) 具備製作電視節目字幕經驗
則更為理想。
[註(1)過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會視為等同二零零七年及之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級成績。(2)申請人須參加技能測試及／或筆試。
申請人如
(i) 熟悉本地及國際新聞時事；以及
(ii) 具備製作電視節目字幕經驗
則更為理想。

Candidate should have (a)(i) a Hong Kong degree, majoring in Language Studies, Translation, Journalism and Communication, or equivalent; OR (ii) an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree, majoring in Language Studies, Translation, Journalism and Communication, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 1 year’s media or journalistic experience; (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and (c) Proficiency in Chinese word processing and Chinese input methods, e.g. Chinese (Traditional) – Cangjie or Quick, etc. [See Note (1)].
Candidates who possess
(i) Strong sense in local and international news and current affairs; and
(ii) Working experience in TV programme subtitle transcription will have an advantage
[Note (1) “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as compared to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. (2) Candidates will be required to sit for a trade test and/or written test.
