多媒體設計主任的主要職責包括： a) 創作及製作不同媒體的平面設計、圖像設計及信息插圖等，具備動畫設計經驗則更佳，用於社交媒體、流動應用程式及網頁等平台上； b) 為社區參與及其他項目負責設計工作，包括但不限於流動應用程式及網頁界面、網絡橫額、紀念品、宣傳單張及海報等； c) 提出及策劃創新意念，並將創意概念化，製作成視覺圖像和設計； d) 協助管理和營運社交媒體平台，和協助製作宣傳品、展覽、路演、戶外展示以及視聽演講等；以及 e) 履行任何其他被指派的工作。
職責
Main duties of the Multimedia Designer are:
- (a)to create and produce design and art work; graphic / infographic design; production of animation (preferably), in a wide range of media platforms, include but not limited to social media platforms, mobile app and website;
- (b)to develop graphic design for community engagement and other purposes, include but not limited to mobile app and website interface, online banner, premium, leaflets and posters;
- (c)to brainstorm and develop creative ideas and able to conceptualize and transform ideas into visual image and design;
- (d)to assist in managing and running social media platforms, and the production and display of a wide range of publicity materials, exhibitions, road shows, displays and audio-visual presentations; and
- (e)to perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須：
- (a)持有由香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位，以主修媒體設計、傳意設計、平面設計、公共關係或市場學為佳，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在取得學位後曾全職擔任相關工作並具備最少兩年經驗，包括支援市場推廣、品牌建立、公共關係、互動媒體、廣告或社交媒體市場推廣的工作[入職條件附註]；
- (c)具備良好的中文及英文寫作能力，能操流利的粵語和英語及基本的普通話；
- (d)精通電腦軟件應用程式，包括MS Word、Excel及PowerPoint、Adobe設計軟件如Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator及Adobe Flash等，具備有關流動應用程式及網頁界面設計的技巧及經驗則更佳；以及
- (e)處事有條理，注重細節，能在短時間及緊迫的期限內完成指派工作，並預期會長時間及不定時工作。
Candidates should:
- (a)have a bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, preferably majoring in Media Design / Communication Design / Graphic Design / Public Relations and Marketing Design, or equivalent;
- (b)have at least 2 years’ full-time post graduate working experience in supporting marketing, brand building, public relations, interactive media, advertisement or social media marketing [See “Notes” under Entry Requirements];
- (c)have good command of written Chinese and English; fluent Cantonese and English with basic knowledge of Putonghua;
- (d)be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Flash. Knowledge and experience in the interface design of mobile application and website are considered an advantage; and
- (e)be organised, attentive to details and with strong commitment to accomplish tasks under tight deadlines; and prepared to work long and irregular hours.
