職責
(a) 領導團隊製作《青年發展藍圖》,包括統籌各政策局及部門所提交的資料、撰寫藍圖內容、以及管理藍圖的設計及製作;
(b) 與對外及對內的團體統籌規劃及落實持份者參與活動(如諮詢會及新聞發布會等);
(c) 監察藍圖的落實進度,以及與各政策局及部門跟進達致藍圖內所訂立關鍵績效指標的情況;
(d) 準備各項呈交予立法會及其他在民政及青年事務局轄下的委員會/工作小組的文件,以及其他媒體資料、網頁內容及社交傳媒帖文等;
(e) 監督下屬執行有關藍圖的工作;以及
(f) 執行上級指派的其他職務,包括在正常辦公時間以外工作。

(a) To lead the team in formulating the Youth Development Blueprint, including coordinating the policy inputs from all relevant bureaux and departments, preparing the write-up, managing the design and production of the Blueprint;
(b) To coordinate with both external and internal parties in planning and implementing stakeholders engagement exercise (such as consultation sessions, press conferences, etc.);
(c) To monitor the implementation progress of the Blueprint and follow up with all relevant bureaux and departments on meeting the key performance indicators as stipulated in the Blueprint;
(d) To prepare submissions to the Legislative Council and relevant working groups / task forces / etc. under the purview of Home and Youth Affairs Bureau; as well as other press materials, website content, and social media posts, etc.;
(e) To supervise the work of his/her subordinates in the work pertaining to the Blueprint; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers, including performing work outside normal office hours.

入職條件

(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等學歷 [註(1)];
(c) 在取得上述學歷後,具備至少8年全職工作經驗,當中起碼3年擔任全職管理職位。在政府、公營機構或法定組織具相關工作經驗佔優(在私營機構具有同等工作經驗和/或資格的申請人亦可獲考慮);
(d) 具備充足的經驗和能力應付策略規劃、制訂預算、推行計劃和項目管理的工作。曾有製作企業刊物相關經驗佔優;
(e) 電腦知識良好,熟悉微軟Office應用程式和中文文書處理;
(f) 熟悉政府或公營機構的運作;
(g) 中英語文講寫能力俱佳,須懂普通話;以及
(h) 具備極佳的策劃、組織、分析能力和人際技巧,並能在壓力下獨立處理工作。

Candidates should have–
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (1)];
(c) at least 8 years of post-qualification full-time work experience, including at least 3 years of full-time work experience in managerial positions. Relevant work experience in the Government or public or statutory organisations would be an advantage (candidates with equivalent work experience and/or qualification(s) in the private sector will also be considered);
(d) proven experience and strong capability in carrying out strategic planning, budgeting, programme implementation and project management. Relevant experience in production of corporate publications would be an advantage;
(e) good command of computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(f) good understanding of the operation of the Government or public organisations;
(g) good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Knowledge of Putonghua is a must; and
(h) strong planning, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
