- (1)擬備結構設計圖、圖則、細節、時間表、計算資料和規格，及／或監管顧問公司進行上述工作；監督工程以及管理香港郵政轄下的工程項目合約； <br>
- (2)就樓宇結構提供維修保養的意見； <br>
- (3)採購和管理顧問協議、工程合約和定期合約； <br>
- (4)監督和管理顧問公司、承建商和其他工程代理的表現；以及 <br>
- (5)督導技術和工地監督人員。
職責
- (1)To prepare, and/or manage consultants on structural design, drawings, details, schedules, calculations and specification, and to supervise the works and administer contracts for works projects under the Hongkong Post’s purview; <br>
- (2)To advise on the maintenance of the structures of buildings; <br>
- (3)To procure and administer consultant agreements, works contracts and term contracts; <br>
- (4)To monitor and manage the performance of consultants, contractors and other works agents; and <br>
- (5)To supervise technical and site supervisory staff.
入職條件
- (1)在1975年12月5日以後獲選為香港工程師學會（結構或土木界別）正式會員，或具備同等資格

(2)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前為「E級」）或以上成績，或同等成績。 <br>
(3)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，並熟悉電腦操作； <br>
(4)具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃／項目管理技巧；以及 <br>
(5)勤奮進取，並具備良好的分析和解難能力。 <br> <br>
[註 1] 持有土木界別資格的申請人，須同時具備結構工程設計及實務工作的經驗。申請人須在申請表格內清楚列明其取得正式會員資格的所屬界別並詳列其資格及工作經驗。
- (1)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in Structural or Civil Discipline elected after 05 December 1975, or equivalent

- (2)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (3)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage; <br>
- (4)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and <br>
- (5)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities. <br> <br>
Note 1] For holders of qualifications in the Civil Discipline, experience in structural engineering design and practice is required. Candidates should clearly specify the discipline of their corporate membership and give a detailed account of their qualifications and experience in their application forms.
