職責
(i) 制定及執行投資推廣策略及業務計劃，以吸引海外、內地和台灣的商業及專業服務公司（包括律師事務所、會計及顧問公司、招聘機構、物業發展商及代理機構、公關機構、教育及培訓機構和非牟利組織等）在香港開設或拓展業務；
(ii) 參與本地及海外商業活動及發言，向國際商界推廣香港商業及專業服務業的獨特優勢和機遇；
(iii) 為商業及專業服務公司在香港成立或擴展業務的投資工作提供支持；
(iv) 與公營和私營機構的相關主要持份者建立關係並開展合作，以提升宣傳效果，提高服務質量並為政策制定提供信息；及
(v) 了解商業及專業服務業的最新發展，並與投資者客戶、業界持份者及投資推廣署全球團隊分享市場情報。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic candidate as Head of Business and Professional Services.
Leading a team of sector specialists, in collaboration with the InvestHK global team and key external stakeholders, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining foreign direct investment in Hong Kong from investors worldwide. You and your team will demonstrate to investors the growing business opportunities in the business and professional services sector that can be seized in and via Hong Kong and, support them throughout the investment process. With a strong drive to deliver results and impact, you will lead your team to achieve performance targets.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
• a deep understanding of Hong Kong’s business environment, in particular, the business and professional services sector;
• strong business development and client-centric skills;
• a thorough understanding of the investment process; and
• proven leadership and management of high-performing teams.
The position will require some international and Mainland travel.

Duties
(i) To develop and execute an investment promotion strategy and business plan to attract overseas, Mainland and Taiwanese business and professional services companies (including law firms, accounting and consultancy firms, recruitment agencies, property developers and agencies, PR and communication agencies, education and training institutes, non-profit organisations, etc.) to establish or expand business operations in Hong Kong;
(ii) To participate and speak in local and overseas business events, promoting the unique advantages and opportunities of Hong Kong’s business and professional services sector to the international business community;
(iii) To provide investment support for business and professional services companies regarding their business establishment or expansion in Hong Kong;
(iv) To build relationships and collaborate with relevant key stakeholders in the public and private sectors in order to maximise promotional impact, enhance service quality and inform policy formulation; and
(v) To keep abreast of the latest developments of the business and professional services sector and share market intelligence with investor clients, industry stakeholders and the InvestHK global team.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少十年與商業及專業服務業有關的全職工作經驗，例如商務拓展、市場推廣、投資推廣或公司客戶關係管理工作；
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發相關學科的學士學位，或具同等學歷，主修工商管理、國際市場推廣、經濟、會計或法律優先（持有商業相關的深造學位更佳）；
(c) 擁有商業及專業服務界別的優秀知識和網絡（如擁有協同金融業相關的專業知識更佳）；
(d) 良好的溝通和人際交往能力；
(e) 卓越的英文和中文水平，包括普通話（通曉其他語言如日語、西班牙語、德語或法語更佳）；及
(f) 有良好的往績記錄，以證明具備卓越的領導和管理技能。
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發相關學科的學士學位，或具同等學歷，主修工商管理、國際市場推廣、經濟、會計或法律優先（持有商業相關的深造學位更佳）；
(c) 擁有商業及專業服務界別的優秀知識和網絡（如擁有協同金融業相關的專業知識更佳）；
(d) 良好的溝通和人際交往能力；
(e) 卓越的英文和中文水平，包括普通話（通曉其他語言如日語、西班牙語、德語或法語更佳）；及

(a) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, investment promotion, or corporate account relationship management, in relation to the business and professional services industry;
(b) An honours degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in business administration, international marketing, economics, accounting or law, from a Hong Kong university or equivalent (a post-graduate degree in a business-related discipline will be an advantage);
(c) Excellent knowledge of and network in the business and professional services sector (expertise related to the synergistic financial services sector will be an advantage);
(d) Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
(e) Fluency in English and Chinese including Putonghua (proficiency in another language such as Japanese, Spanish, German or French will be an advantage); and
(f) Exceptional leadership and management skills demonstrated by proven track record.
