職責
申請人如獲錄用，將調派至發展局工務科轄下組別／辦事處工作，負責以下職務(註5及6)－
(a) 就公營和私營機構提出的九龍東和新蒲崗商貿區土地發展建議，進行研究及可行性研究，並提供專業意見／評估，俾能盡量發揮九龍東和新蒲崗商貿區的潛力，成為香港另一個優質核心商業區；
(b) 研究九龍東和新蒲崗商貿區內可供售賣土地的批地方案；
(c) 根據相關的規劃、工程及／或城市設計研究，以及其他政策局／部門提出的意見，研究和擬備規劃和設計參數，以草擬土地契約的規定；
(d) 與地政總署協調和聯絡，籌備九龍東和新蒲崗商貿區可供售賣土地的招標工作；
(e) 為有關九龍東和新蒲崗商貿區發展的訴訟（如有的話）提供專業意見和聯絡律政司；
(f) 促進公眾活動的協調和安排，把九龍東和新蒲崗商貿區轉型為充滿活力的核心商業區；以及
(g) 按需要出席會議和執行獲指派的其他職務。

Successful candidates will be deployed to sections/offices in the Works Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties (Notes 5 and 6) –
(a) to conduct research and feasibility studies and provide professional advice/evaluation on land development proposals from the public and private sectors with a view to maximising the potential of Kowloon East (“KE”) and San Po Kong Business Area (“SPKBA”) in becoming another premier central business district of Hong Kong;
(b) to study land disposal options for land sale sites in KE and SPKBA;
(c) to study and prepare planning and design parameters for the drafting of land lease requirements, having regard to relevant planning, engineering and/or urban design studies as well as inputs from other bureaux/departments;
(d) to co-ordinate and liaise with the Lands Department in the preparation of land tenders for sale sites in KE and SPKBA;
(e) to provide professional advice and liaise with the Department of Justice in case of litigation related to development in KE and SPKBA;
(f) to facilitate the coordination and arrangement of public events in transforming KE and SPKBA into a vibrant core business district; and
(g) to attend meetings as required and perform any other duties assigned.

(a) 為香港測量師學會(產業測量組)正式會員，或具同等資格(註1及2)；
(b) 在取得資格後，具備至少15年相關的工作經驗，並具備處理土地交易的相關經驗(註3)；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級(註4)或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(d) 中、英文講寫能力俱佳；如能操流利普通話則更佳；以及
(e) 溝通、組織及管理技巧良好，並具備其專業資格以外的多方面知識。
申請人如在截止申請日期前未能符合入職條件(a)至(c)中任何一項，則申請將不獲考慮。申請人即使獲邀參加面試，也並不表示已符合入職條件。

Applicants should –
(a) be Corporate Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (“HKIS”) (General Practice Division), or equivalent (Notes 1 and 2);
(b) have at least 15 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, with relevant working experience in land transactions (Note 3);
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 3” (Note 4) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (“HKCEE”), or equivalent;
(d) have a good command of oral and written Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
(e) have strong communication, organisation and management skills; and possess broad knowledge beyond own professional qualifications.
