- (1)提供工業工程支援，協助設計運作範圍平面圖及規劃設施，以提高效率；
- (2)協助採購新自動化設備，以配合未來的運作需求；
- (3)為顧問提供支援服務，並協助監察項目進度；
- (4)研究和建議應用人工智能技術的營運／業務模式，以應對未來的需求；
- (5)與前線員工制訂和實施改良的營運方案，並就新營運模式編寫工作手冊；以及
- (6)制訂表現管理報告，以便進行監控和實施工作流程改善項目。
職責
- (1)To provide industrial engineering support in designing operational area layout and planning facilities to achieve high efficiency;
- (2)To assist sourcing new automation equipment to meet future operational needs;
- (3)To provide supportive services to consultants and assist in monitoring project progress;
- (4)To study and propose operation/ business models with adoption of Artificial Intelligence technology to cope with future needs;
- (5)To develop and implement enhanced work method with frontline staff and compile work manuals on new operation; and
- (6)To draw up performance management reports to facilitate the control and implementation of initiatives for process improvement.
入職條件
- (1)持有本港頒授的認可工業工程／製造工程或其他相關學科的學士學位，或同等學歷；
- (2)取得上述學歷資格後，在工業工程／製造工程界別累積不少於五年全職工作經驗，並具備推行精簡管理及／或全面品質管理的實際經驗；曾於管理顧問公司工作且具備類似經驗者，亦會獲得考慮；具備擔任管理職位經驗更佳；
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為“課程乙”）考獲第2等級（2007年以前應為“E級”）或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
- (4)在項目管理方面具有豐富經驗，包括工序分析、資源需求評估和資源編配、時限和項目目標設定，以及目標釋義；
- (5)在推動工序自動化或從事營運方案研究工作方面具備優良往績，並在提升生產力方面取得卓越成績；
- (6)熟悉資訊科技的應用；
- (7)成熟穩重、處事獨立、堅毅進取，並能在壓力下工作；
- (8)具備良好的領導才能和說服力，人際技巧卓越，善於與各級人員溝通；
- (9)重視團隊合作，能幹盡責，熱誠投入；
- (10)能不定時工作；以及
- (11)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力。
- (1)A recognised Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines, or equivalent;
- (2)A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in the field of industrial/manufacturing engineering with particular hands-on experience in implementing streamlined management and/or Total Quality Management; working experience in a management consultancy with similar experience will also be considered. Having the experience in a managerial position will be an advantage;
- (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (4)Rich experience in project management including task analysis, resource requirement assessment and resource allocation, time frame and project target setting and goal definition;
- (5)Proven track record on implementation of automation systems or work method study with significant achievements in productivity improvement;
- (6)Conversant with IT applications;
- (7)Mature, independent, aggressive, persistent and be able to work under pressure;
- (8)Possess good leadership ability, good persuasive skills and excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with all levels;
- (9)A competent and committed team player;
- (10)Able to work irregular hours; and
- (11)Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.

2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
