培訓期間，日薪608元；培訓後，日薪664元。

臨時客戶服務主任的職責是通過電話和電郵處理公眾的查詢及投訴，每天會處理來自不同背景的市民的來電及函件，實在是難得又充滿挑戰的工作體驗。此職位須按實際需要輪班，主要在日間時段(由上午九時至下午六時)工作。如輪班當日遇上惡劣天氣(例如颱風及黑色暴雨)，或須如常工作。面試將於2023年6月下旬舉行。獲聘用者最快須於2023年7月上旬上任及被調派至油麻地或長沙灣的1823辦公室工作。

1823 would like to invite you to join our professional customer service team! If you have the passion to serve the society, respond eloquently in any situations, are articulate and enjoy communicating with people, please don't miss the chance to join us! Being different from other customer service centres, 1823 will provide you with sufficient opportunities to get familiar with the organizational structure and functions of the government as well as specialist knowledge related to different government departments. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to you. Working with 1823 will enable you to acquire customer service skills, enhance your ability to communicate effectively and broaden your horizon.
A Temporary Customer Service Officer is required to handle enquiries and complaints from the public through phone, email, etc. He/She manages calls and enquiries from all walks of life every day. This is surely a unique and challenging work experience! The post-holder is required to work on shifts, most likely in the daytime (from 9:00am to 6:00pm). The post may be required to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoons and black rainstorms. Interviews will be arranged in late June 2023. Successful candidates are required to assume duty in early July 2023 the earliest and are subject to deployment to the 1823 offices in Yau Ma Tei or Cheung Sha Wan.

入職條件
申請人必須 -
(a) 在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績[註1]，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學會考五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績[註2]，或具同等學歷；及
(b) 操流利英語和粵語，能操流利普通話更佳。
獲聘用者需通過培訓後的測試才會被繼續聘任。

Candidates should -
(a) have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
(b) be fluent in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Continuous employment will be given to those who pass the post-training assessments.
