職責
(1) 協助制定整體市場推廣及建立品牌形象計劃,包括使用現代市場推廣策略,加強使用媒體及電子平台,以推廣康樂及文化事務署(康文署)轄下的博物館、弘揚中華文化辦公室及藝術推廣辦事處(下稱“博物館”)的節目及跨組別活動;
(2) 為博物館策劃並統籌市場推廣及建立品牌形象計劃,包括建立及提升新建及現有文化設施的品牌形象,發展現有觀眾群和發掘及接觸新的觀眾層面,以及與社區不同界別建立網絡及夥伴關係。
(3) 策劃、推出及監察支持博物館公眾參與活動及特別項目的措施,包括為這些活動制定推廣及宣傳計劃,並檢討宣傳成效以作改善。
(4) 規劃並定期進行訪客及公眾意見調查及研究,並根據所得結果建議相應措施以改善博物館服務;
(5) 制定及監督推行市場推廣及宣傳策略以增加文化事務部各科之間的協同效應,例如為康文署圖書館及表演藝術項目進行聯合宣傳,以提升整體市場推廣及建立品牌形象計劃的專業性及效能;
(6) 領導下屬落實執行以上工作;及
(7) 執行其他由上級委派的工作。

(1) To assist in formulating overall marketing and branding strategies, including adopting contemporary marketing strategy and enhancing the use of media and digital communication strategies, for promoting programmes and cross-section initiatives of the museums, the Chinese Culture Promotion Office and the Art Promotion Office (hereafter referred as “the museums”) under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD);
(2) To spearhead and coordinate the implementation of marketing and branding strategies, including branding and rebranding of new and existing cultural facilities; developing the audience base as well as identifying and reaching new audience segments; and establishing networks and extending partnership with different sectors of the community, for the museums;
(3) To plan, launch and monitor the implementation of measures to support public engagement activities and special projects, including steering publicity and promotional campaigns for the activities as well as reviewing their effectiveness for further improvement, of the museums;
(4) To map out and coordinate regular visitor and public opinion surveys and in-depth researches, and to propose and implement improvement measures in the light of the findings for the museums;
(5) To formulate and monitor the implementation of marketing and promotion strategies which would increase the synergy of the three Divisions under the Cultural Services Branch such as cross promotion campaigns for the LCSD Libraries and the Performing Arts programmes with the objective to augment the professionalism and effectiveness of overall publicity and brand building initiatives;
(6) To lead subordinates in the execution of the above duties; and
(7) To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Note: The appointee may be required to work irregular hours, on weekends and/or public holidays.

(2) 香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科成績達第2等級或以上,或具同等學歷(參閱註);

(4) 具十年以上媒體、市場推廣、傳訊、公共事務或品牌形象工程工作經驗,其中七年須擔當管理職位。

(d) have over ten years of working experience in media, marketing, communication, public affairs, or brand engineering, with seven years of which in managerial positions.

(f) be innovative, enterprising and good at negotiation skills; or
(g) have leading positions in organisations or corporations.
