Appointee

• (s)shall perform the following duties:-
• (1)to assist in the operation of the Home Affairs Department’s temporary shelters/temporary cold shelters/temporary night heat shelters in Community Halls and Community Centres when activated, including registration of shelter users, distributing meals, handling enquiries and complaints, patrolling the shelter and overseeing the work of contractual staff (such as security guards and cleansing staff); and
• (2)to handle any other appropriate duties assigned.

Candidates should have –

• (1)Obtained education level at Primary 6 or above, or equivalent;
• (2)Speak fluent Cantonese and be able to read and write Chinese;
• (3)Possess strong sense of responsibility and be able to work independently; and
• (4)Preference may be given to candidates with relevant working experience.
