職責
多媒體助理編導的主要職責為:
(a) 策劃及設計宣傳材料,包括資料搜集、概念構思及稿件撰寫以用作宣傳部門信息、政策及服務;
(b) 協助製作多媒體視訊,包括拍照、拍攝、錄音、剪接、動畫製作及其他與製作有關的職務,當中使用Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Autodesk, 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, Blender 或 ZBrush;
(c) 製作美術/平面/資訊圖表,包括使用 Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After effects或 Indesign;
(d) 協助管理和營運社交媒體平台,和協助製作宣傳品、部門活動戶外展示以及演講等;以及
(e) 進行其他被委派的職務。

A Multi-media Assistant Producer is mainly deployed on
(a) planning and designing promotional materials for disseminating departmental messages, policies and services, including researching, developing ideas and writing key selling points;
(b) producing publicity materials, including photo-taking, video-shooting, audio-recording, video editing, animation production and other production-related duties by using software such as Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro, Autodesk, 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, Blender or ZBrush;
(c) creating and prepare artwork, graphic and infographic design for publicity by using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After effects or Indesign;
(d) assisting in managing and running social media platforms, and the production and display of a wide range of publicity materials, departmental events, displays and presentations; and
(e) performing any other duties being assigned.

入職條件
(a) (i) 持有本地任何一所大學所頒授主修電影及電視/多媒體設計/數碼媒體/新聞及傳播/創意媒體的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[附註(g)];並在取得學位後,具備最少一年從事電視節目、電影、網頁或社交媒體視訊製作的工作經驗[入職條件註(i)];或 (ii) 持有本地任何一所專上院校頒授主修電影及電視/多媒體設計/數碼媒體/新聞及傳播/創意媒體的經評審副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑,或具備同等學歷[附註(g)];並在取得相關學歷後,具備最少兩年從事電視節目、電影、網頁或社交媒體視訊製作的工作經驗[入職條件註(i)];
(b) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具備同等學歷[入職條件註(ii)];
(c) 能書寫流暢中英文和操流利粵語及英語;
(d) 精通製作影片的技術,例如撰寫劇本、拍攝及使用圖像設計及影片編輯軟件,例如Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Flash及Premiere Pro或Final Cut Pro。熟悉使用3D動畫製作軟件,例如Autodesk、3DS Max、Autodesk Maya、Blender 或 ZBrush則更佳;
(e) 通過影片編輯技能測試[入職條件註(iii)];以及
(f) 能夠輪班及不定時(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)工作。

(ii) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
(iii) 申請人如獲邀請參加技能測驗,並不表示他已符合此職位的入職條件。其資歷可能仍有待核實。

(a) (i) have a bachelor's degree in Film and Television, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Journalism and Communication or Creative Media from a local university [General Notes (g)], or equivalent; and at least 1 year’s post graduate experience in television programme production, film making, website or social media feeds creation [Notes (i) under Entry Requirements]; or (ii) have an accredited Associate Degree / Higher Diploma, in Film and Television, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Journalism and Communication or Creative Media from a Hong Kong tertiary institution or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education [General Notes (g)], or equivalent; and at least 2 years’ post graduate experience in television programme production, film making, website or social media feeds creation [Notes (i) under Entry Requirements];
(b) have ‘Level 2’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (ii) under Entry Requirements];
(c) a good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
(d) be proficient in producing videos, such as script writing, video shooting, using graphic design and video editing software, i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; Expertise of 3D animation software applications, i.e. Autodesk, 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, Blender or ZBrush are considered an advantage;
(e) pass a video editing skills test [Note (iii) under Entry Requirements]; and
(f) be able to work in shifts and at irregular hours including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Notes under Entry Requirements:
(i) Candidates are requested to indicate in the section under “Full Employment Record to date” on the application form [G.F. 340 (Rev. 7/2023)] details of their relevant work experience in television programme production, film making or social media feeds creation and submit the documentary proof together with the application form. Candidates who failed to provide documentary proof will not be considered as having the working experience indicated on the form. Submission of design portfolio for reference is highly recommended.
(ii) ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
(iii) An invitation to the skills test does not imply that the candidate has met the entry requirements of the position. The qualification of the candidate is still subject to vetting.
