漁業管理督導主任(兼職)的主要職責為(a)監督跨部門工作小組(工作小組)就上訴事宜擬備陳述書及陳詞的工作；(b)領導一個小組以答辯人身分出席上訴聆訊；(c)在處理上訴個案時就本地捕撈漁業的運作提供意見；(d)監察工作小組對漁民特惠津貼上訴委員會所作指示的回應進度；(e)支援工作小組處理其他有關向受禁止拖網捕魚措施影響的漁民提供一次過援助方案的申請；以及(f)向其他相關專業職系人員提供有關本地漁業的在職培訓。
職責
A Supervisory Fisheries Management Officer (Part-time) is mainly deployed on
- (a)supervising the preparation of inter-department working group’s (IWG) statements and submissions relating to the appeals;
- (b)leading a team to act as the respondent in appeal hearings;
- (c)providing advice on the operation of local capture fisheries in the process of handling appeals;
- (d)monitoring the progress of responses to instructions of the Fishermen Claims Appeal Board;
- (e)supporting the IWG to handle other applications for one-off assistance to fishermen affected by the trawl ban; and
- (f)providing on-job training to other relevant professional officers in relation to local fishing industry.
入職條件
申請人須(a)持有本港大學所頒授的生物科學／環境科學適當學科的碩士或博士學位或深造文憑，或具同等學歷；以及(b)具備至少10年適當範疇內的工作經驗。具有本地漁業及／或公共行政方面實際服務經驗者，將獲優先考慮。
The applicant should have
- (a)a Hong Kong Higher Degree or post-graduate Diploma in an appropriate subject in biological sciences/environmental sciences, or equivalent; and
- (b)at least ten years’ working experience in an appropriate field. Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in serving the local fisheries industry and/or public administration.
