• (1)To perform quantity surveying duties in the pre-contract and post-contract stages, e.g. preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and contract documents, tender assessment and reporting, interim valuation of works, settlement of final accounts and claims; and <br>
• (2)To procure and administer consultant agreements, works contracts and maintenance term contracts.

Candidates should have - <br>

• (1)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Quantity Surveying Division, or equivalent; <br>
• (2)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
• (3)A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate post-qualification working experience; <br>
• (4)Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in government building maintenance term contracts; <br>
• (5)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage; <br>
• (6)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and <br>
• (7)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
