職責
(a) 提供英國語文教育課程發展及教師培訓到校專業支援，促進「外籍英語教師計劃」的推行；
(b) 策劃、發展及推行英國語文教師專業發展課程；
(c) 領導、策劃、舉辦、推行和評鑑各特定計劃(例如：學生活動及比賽)和在學校推行創新的學與教策略以達至「外籍英語教師計劃」的目標；
(d) 發展中學英國語文科學與教資源；
(e) 督導外籍英語教師區域統籌小組，為學校提供校本英語教學支援；
(f) 領導工作小組，策劃及統籌為學校提供有關各項課程倡議、教師專業發展及學生活動方面的支援服務(例如：學習社群)；
(g) 為外籍英語教師組的日常運作提供行政支援；以及
(h) 執行被委派的其他職務。

(a) To provide on-site support in teacher education and curriculum development for English Language Education in support of the implementation of the Native-speaking English Teacher (NET) Scheme;
(b) To plan, develop and deliver professional development programmes for English Language teachers;
(c) To lead, plan, organise, implement and evaluate special projects (e.g. student activities and competitions) in fulfilling the objectives of the NET Scheme, and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies in schools;
(d) To develop learning and teaching resources related to English language teaching at the secondary level;
(e) To supervise a team of Regional NET Coordinators in providing school-based support in English learning and teaching;
(f) To lead working groups in planning and coordinating support to be given to schools (e.g. learning communities) in regard to various curriculum initiatives, teachers' professional development and students' activities;
(g) To perform administrative duties related to the day-to-day operation of the NET Section; and
(h) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授主修英國語文、英語研究、英國文學、英語教育、語言學、現代語言或翻譯的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[見註(ii)]；
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[見註(ii)]；
(c) 在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後，具備不少於6年有關英國語文科之教學及／或課程發展及／或到校支援英國語文教育的經驗[見註(iv)]；
(d) 符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[見註(iii)]；
(e) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績[見註(v)]；
(f) 持有與英國語文教育相關的碩士或博士學位者優先[見註(ii)]；
(g) 熟知本地課程改革情況，了解現時本地及國際的英國語文教育趨勢；
(h) 擁有良好英語的會話及書寫能力；
(i) 具備良好的領導能力、人際技巧和組識能力；以及
(j) 擁有良好的諮詢技巧、協作和溝通能力。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in English Language, English Studies, English Literature, English Language Education, Linguistics, Modern Languages or Translation, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in English language teaching and/or curriculum development and/or school support focusing on English Language Education [See Note (iv)];
(d) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(e) A pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) [See Note (v)];
(f) Candidates who possess a higher degree or above (e.g. master or doctor) in English Language Education preferred [See Note (ii)];
(g) Good knowledge of the curriculum reform and current trends in English language education in both local and international settings;
(h) Good spoken and written English;
(i) Good leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills; and
(j) Good consultancy skills, strong collaboration and communication skills.

入職條件(註)
(i) 課程主任(外籍英語教師)職位的申請日期為2024年4月12日(星期五)至2024年4月26日(星期五)。
(ii) 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。語言學、現代語言或翻譯的學位須以英語為主修的語言科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii) 綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(iv) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(v) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是教育局課程主任職位的入職條件。《基本法及香港國安法》測試會考核申請人的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
