Part-time Chief Project Manager (Personal, Social and Humanities Education) (EDB/CDI/267/24)
時薪731元 (每星期需工作16小時)
職責
(a) 透過策劃和制定可行的學校整體課程規劃策略,以推動各項課程倡議(尤其是理財教育和開拓與創新精神);
(b) 推廣學校的良好示例,並與外間機構/團體/非政府組織合作,支援學校推動各項課程倡議(尤其是理財教育和開拓與創新精神);
(c) 透過製作學與教資源、舉辦教師專業發展課程和組織經驗分享學習圈,支援學校將理財教育和開拓與創新精神的學習元素融入經濟課程(中四至中六)和公民、經濟與社會課程(中一至中三);以及
(d) 執行被委派的其他職務。

(a) To plan and formulate feasible strategies for whole-school curriculum planning in promoting various curriculum initiatives (particularly on financial education and entrepreneurial spirit);
(b) To disseminate schools' good practices and to collaborate with outside organisations/parties/Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) in supporting the promotion of various curriculum initiatives (particularly on financial education and entrepreneurial spirit) in schools;
(c) To provide support to incorporation of learning elements of financial education and entrepreneurial spirit into the Economics curriculum (S4-6) and the Citizenship, Economics and Society curriculum (S1-3) through development of learning and teaching resources and organisation of teacher professional development programmes and experience-sharing learning circles; and
(d) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[見註(i)];
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[見註(i)];
(c) 在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後,具備不少於20年的教學或與教育相關的經驗,例如學校支援服務、視學及課程發展,當中不少於5年須擔任管理職位[見註(ii)];
(d) 對個人、社會及人文教育學習領域,以及本地教育制度有豐富知識;
(e) 良好的中文及英文語文能力;
(f) 良好的組織力、溝通能力及人際技巧;以及
(g) 對香港教育制度的最新發展,特別是有關最近在課程發展及教育改革上的範疇有所認知。

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(c) At least 20 years of post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] teaching experience or education related experience such as school support service, school inspection and curriculum development, among which a candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in holding a management position [See Note (ii)];
(d) Possess sound knowledge in the Personal, Social and Humanities Education Key Learning Area and local education system;
(e) Good command of both English and Chinese;
(f) Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(g) Awareness of recent developments in the education system with particular reference to current trends in curriculum development and education reforms in Hong Kong.
