投資推廣署現正物色一名充滿熱忱、以結果為本的優秀專才,擔任高級副總裁(策略及規劃)一職。
職位
高級副總裁(策略及規劃)將向有關團隊的總裁匯報工作,並協助推行特別項目,以達到署方的業務目標。他/她亦會協助署方推行各項投資推廣措施以及管理拓展業務方面的表現。
要勝任以上職位,你須:
(a) 充分了解投資推廣署的角色,並對香港及國際營商環境具備深入認識;
(b) 具備與內外持份者成功合作的良好往績,及發揮影響力並取得成果;
(c) 能在壓力下獨立工作,及在緊迫的期限內完成工作;
(d) 能夠實現目標及指標,並能在短時間內有效履行臨時職務;
(e) 具備優秀語言能力及表達技巧;
(f) 具備出色的溝通及聯絡技巧,並具備優秀協調能力;以及
(g) 願意在有需要時前往香港以外地區公幹。
職責
(a) 協助運作及檢討跨部門/機構轉介機制,以進一步推動方便營商的環境;
(b) 協助收集和整理客戶提出的意見,以編製關注事項一覽表;
(c) 就提出的關注事項與相關政府部門、機構及內部團隊聯絡;
(d) 為署方與相關決策局、部門及機構舉行的會議提供支援,包括但不限於擬備會議所需的簡介及文件、協助跟進工作,並整理相關的報表及報告;
(e) 為開展項目/研究及推行各項投資推廣措施提供支援,包括但不限於職務訪問、與客戶及持份者聯絡、公開演講及數碼市場推廣;
(f) 擬備及統籌報表、草擬簡介、演辭及簡報;
(g) 參與業務會議/活動,並進行所需跟進工作;以及
(h) 執行上司指派的其他職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for a passionate, high-calibre, result-oriented professional as Senior Vice President (Strategy and Planning).
The Role
Senior Vice President (Strategy and Planning) will report to the Head in the team, and provide support in carrying out special projects to meet the business objectives of the Department. He/She will also support the department in the implementation of various investment promotion initiatives and performance management in lead generation.
You will need to demonstrate:
(a) A good understanding of the role of InvestHK with knowledge of the local and international business environments;
(b) proven track record of successfully collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive impact and outcomes;
(c) ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
(d) ability to meet targets and objectives, and respond effectively to ad hoc requests at short notice;
(e) strong language skills and presentation skills;
(f) excellent communication and liaison skills with strong co-ordinating ability; and
(g) willingness to conduct duty visits outside Hong Kong when required.
Duties
(a) To assist in the operation and review of an inter-departmental/agency referral mechanism to further promote a business friendly environment;
(b) To assist in gathering and stocktaking clients’ sentiments raised with a view to compiling list of concerns;
(c) To liaise with relevant government departments and agencies and in-house teams on issues and concerns raised;
(d) To provide committee support for meetings with relevant bureaux, departments and agencies, including but not limited to preparing briefs and papers for the meetings, assisting in follow-up actions, collating relevant returns and compiling reports;
(e) To provide support in carrying out projects/researches and implementing investment promotion initiatives including but not limited to duty visits, client and stakeholder engagement, public speaking and digital marketing;
(f) To prepare and co-ordinate returns, draft briefs and speeches, presentation slides, etc.;
(g) To participate in business meetings/ events and conduct any necessary follow-up; and
(h) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

(b) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;如有更高學歷者更佳;
(c) 中英文書面溝通技巧卓越,並能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語;
(d) 精通以下應用程式︰Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint;以及
(e) 具備拍攝/編輯影片、社交媒體推廣及數碼市場推廣經驗者更佳。

(a) 5 years of relevant full-time work experience in project management, business development, marketing and communications, or account management; experience of working in the government or public bodies would be an advantage;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; more advanced degree(s) would be an advantage;
(c) A strong command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
(d) Excellent skills of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(e) Experience in video shooting/editing, social media promotion and digital marketing would be an advantage.
