(A)
動物衞生科
主要負責以下職務 –(1) 在野鴿滋擾或野鴿餵飼黑點進行巡查及調查，以處理公眾及其他部門就涉嫌違反第170章《野生動物保護條例》規定的投訴及信函；(2) 部署、安排、進行執法行動及發出定額罰款通知書，以打擊違反第170章的非法活動；(3) 匯編從實地調查中收集所得的數據/資料，及收集樣本作禽流感病毒測試；(4) 在執法行動時與其他政府部門及持份者保持緊密溝通；(5) 為執法行動提供相關支援，包括駕駛車輛；及(6) 執行上司指派的其他職務。
（註：須不定時工作，包括清晨及週末）

主要負責職務: (a) 協助獸醫師核實健康證明書，並為從香港出口的動物簽發官方健康證明書；(b) 協助獸醫師驗證打算出口到不同國家的動物（如狗、貓和鳥）的身份；( c) 與獸醫師合作，就進口條款與出口目的地國家進行澄清和協商，包括準備官方信函、電子郵件和健康證明書模板，以及總結最新的進口要求；(d) 維護準確的申請交易記錄，定期更新漁農自然護理署網頁；(e ) 必要時進行出外工作; (f) 執行主管指定的任何其他任務。

(A) Animal Health Division
A Contract Field Supervisor (Part-time) is mainly deployed on (a) conducting inspections and investigations at feral pigeon nuisance sites or feral pigeon feeding blackspots for complaints and correspondence from the public and other government departments in relation to suspected violation of Cap.170; (b) planning, organizing and carrying out enforcement actions to curb the violation of Cap.170 and issuance of fixed penalty notices; (c) compiling the data/ information obtained from the site investigations and taking samples for avian influenza testing; (d) maintaining close liaison with corresponding government departments and public stakeholders when organizing enforcement operations; (e) providing all necessary support for law enforcement operations including driving vehicles; and (f) performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Note: Required to work irregular hours, including early mornings and weekends.

(B) Import and Export Division
A Contract Field Supervisor (Part-time) is mainly deployed on (a) assisting veterinary officers (VOs) in endorsing health certificates and issuing official health certificates for animals to be exported from Hong Kong; (b) assisting VOs in verifying the identity of animals, such as dogs, cats, and birds, intended for export to various countries; (c) collaborating with VOs to clarify and negotiate import terms with destination countries, including preparing official letters, emails, and health certificate templates, as well as summarizing the latest import requirements; (d) maintaining accurate transaction records of applications, updating the AFCD webpage regularly; (e) conduct field inspection if necessary; (f) performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

申請人必須 (a)(i) 達中五程度，或具同等學歷； (b) 具備最少8年全職本地執法經驗；(c) 熟悉香港法例，特別是第170章《野生動物保護條例》；(d)熟悉電腦系統操作；及 (e) 具備良好英文書寫及會話能力，能操流利普通話尤佳。申請人如持有有效的香港駕駛執照(類別1 / 2) 及有兩年駕駛經驗，可獲優先考慮。

申請人必須 (a) 持有學士學位；(b) 於取得學位後具備十年或以上於行政、教育或管理領域的相關工作經驗，當中最少三年或以上於政府部門或非政府機構的工作，具有處理動物相關事務經驗者將優先考慮； (c ) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績； (d) 具有良好的英文和中文口語能力，並掌握良好的英文和中文書寫能力；(e) 具有良好的人際關係、溝通和分析能力；有責任感和主動；(f) 熟悉MS Access、Excel、Word和PowerPoint等資訊管理方面的電腦軟件；(g) 性格外向主動並能夠在面對壓力環境下獨立工作以及； (h) 擁有駕駛執照者將優先考慮。

The applicant should have (a) Form 5 standard or equivalent; (b) have at least 8 years of full-time experience relating to local law enforcement work; (c) be familiar with the laws of Hong Kong especially Cap.170 Wild Animals Protection Ordinance; (d) be experienced in operating a computer system; and (e) have good command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin would be advantageous. Preference will be given to candidates who possess with a valid Hong Kong driving licence (Class 1/2) and two years of driving experience.

(B) Import and Export Division
The applicant should have (a) Bachelor's degree; (b) a minimum of 10 years or above of post-qualification working experience in the field of administration, education, or management and with at least 3 years of experience in government departments or non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Experience in handling animal-related matters is preferred; (c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (d) excellent command of spoken English and proficient in both written English and Chinese; (e) strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a sense of responsibility and self-motivation; (f) proficient in computer applications for information management, including MS Access, Excel, and Word Processing in both Chinese and English; (g) outgoing and proactive personality, capable of working independently and under pressure; (h) driving licence is preferable.
