職責
多媒體設計師的主要職責包括:
(a) 創作及製作不同媒體的平面設計、圖像、資料插圖及製作影片效果等,具備動畫設計經驗則更佳,用於社交媒體、流動應用程式及網頁等平台上;
(b) 為不同推廣及其他項目負責設計工作,包括但不限於流動應用程式及網頁界面、網絡橫額、紀念品、背景、宣傳單張及海報等;
(c) 提出及策劃創新意念,並將創意概念化,製作成視覺圖像和設計;
(d) 協助管理和營運社交媒體平台,和協助製作宣傳品、部門活動戶外展示以及視聽演講等;及
(e) 履行任何其他被指派的工作。

Main duties of the Multimedia Designer are:
(a) to create and produce design and art work; graphic / infographic design; make video effects; production of animation (preferably), in a wide range of media platforms, include but not limited to social media platforms, mobile app and website;
(b) to develop graphic design for various marketing and other purposes, include but not limited to mobile app and website interface, online banner, premium, backdrop, leaflets and posters;
(c) to brainstorm and develop creative ideas and able to conceptualize and transform ideas into visual image and design;
(d) to assist in managing and running social media platforms, and the production and display of a wide range of publicity materials, departmental events, displays and audio-visual presentations; and
(e) to perform any other duties as assigned.

(b) 在取得學位後曾全職擔任相關工作並具備最少兩年經驗,包括支援設計、市場推廣、品牌建立、公共關係、互動媒體、廣告或營運社交媒體的工作[入職條件附註];
(c) 具備良好的中文及英文寫作能力,能操流利的粵語和英語及基本的普通話;
(d) 精通電腦軟件應用程式,包括MS Word、Excel及PowerPoint、Adobe設計軟件如Photoshop、Illustrator、After Effects、InDesign及3D設計軟件等,具備有關流動應用程式版面設計及影片製作的技巧及經驗則更佳;
(e) 熟悉各種社交媒體平台的運作,包括發佈內容和整合報告;
(f) 製作和編輯多媒體內容並兼具創意,包括圖像、影片和動畫等;以及
(g) 能夠輪班工作,並經常在緊迫的期限內、長時間且不定時工作,以及在公眾假期工作。

Candidates should:
(a) have a bachelors degree from a university in Hong Kong, preferably majoring in Design / Multimedia Design / Graphic Design / Creative Media, Public Relations and Marketing, or equivalent;
(b) have at least 2 years’ full-time post graduate working experience in supporting design, marketing, brand building, public relations, interactive media, advertisement or social media operations [See “Notes” under Entry Requirements];
(c) have good command of written Chinese and English; fluent Cantonese and English with basic knowledge of Putonghua;
(d) be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and preferably 3D Modeling software. Knowledge and experience in the interface design of mobile application and video production are considered an advantage;
(e) be familiar with the operations of various social media platforms, include publishing content and generating reports;
(f) be creative for producing and editing multimedia content, including graphics, videos and animations; and
(g) be able to work in rotating shifts and frequently work under tight deadlines, on long and irregular hours and on Public Holidays.
