負責新聞及宣傳工作，包括籌劃公共關係及宣傳推廣活動、撰寫及發放新聞稿及特稿、撰寫廣告文稿及校對稿件、處理傳媒查詢，以及執行相關的行政工作及其他由上級委派的工作。(註:受聘人或需不定時工作或於公眾假期當值。)
職責
To perform news service and publicity work including organizing public relations activities and promotional campaigns, writing and distribution of press releases and feature articles, preparing ad copies and proofreading, handling media enquiries, and performing related administrative work and any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Note:
Successful candidates may be required to work irregular hours or during public holidays.
入職條件
申請人須具備(a)香港學位，或同等學歷，而所選修學系必須為傳播、新聞、市務推廣或翻譯學系，或同等學科；(b)於香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第3等級或以上，或具備同等學歷(見註1)；(c)取得上述學歷後在宣傳、公關、市場推廣、廣告事務，文化或藝術管理方面具有兩年或以上全職的工作經驗；及(d)良好中、英文語文能力；(e)良好溝通及組織能力；以及(f)熟悉一般商業電腦軟件的應用(Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint)以及中文文書處理。對文化服務，包括表演藝術、博物館、電影及圖書館服務有相關認識可獲優先考慮。
註1：
政府在聘任非公務員僱員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)的C級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級的成績。
註2：
合適的申請人或需於面試前或面試後參加筆試。
Candidates should have
- (a)a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent, in communication, journalism, marketing or translation, or equivalent;
- (b)Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 1);
- (c)at least 2 years' full-time post-qualification working experience in publicity, public relations, marketing services, advertising, cultural or arts management;
- (d)good command of both English and Chinese;
- (e)good communication and organisation skills; and
- (f)good knowledge in the application of common business software of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Chinese word processing. Knowledge of cultural services including performing arts, museum, film and library is an advantage.
Note 1:
For non-civil service appointment purpose, 'Grade C' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
Note 2:
Suitable applicants may be required to attend a written test before or after the interview.
