職責
總行政經理(福利)2的主要職務如下:
(a) 協助制定、落實和監察宣傳及推廣活動及項目,以提高公眾對扶貧委員會及其轄下兩個專責小組的工作,以及為有需要的不同群組而推行的扶貧項目的認識;
(b) 與相關政府決策局/部門及媒體合作夥伴聯絡,確保宣傳及推廣工作按計劃進行,並收集資料及素材以製作項目進行期間的宣傳短片;
(c) 策劃、協調及執行與精準扶貧項目有關的宣傳和推廣計劃,並透過印刷、電子、社交媒體平台及運輸媒體廣告平台作出宣傳;
(d) 支援更新相關委員會的網站及社交媒體賬戶的工作;
(e) 協助推行與扶貧相關的特別項目和社區參與活動;以及
(f) 因應需要執行其他職務。

The main duties of the Chief Executive Manager (Welfare)2 are:
(a) To assist in formulating, implementing and monitoring the progress of publicity and promotional campaigns, events and activities to raise public awareness of the work of the Commission on Poverty and its two Task Forces, as well as poverty alleviation projects targeted at different groups in need;
(b) To liaise with relevant Government bureaux / departments and media partner to ensure the publicity and promotional work are implemented as planned, and to gather information and materials for the production of promotional videos for the programme periods;
(c) To plan, co-ordinate and execute publicity and promotional plans for targeted poverty alleviation projects via printed, electronic, social media, transit advertising platforms, etc.;
(d) To support the updating of websites, social media accounts of relevant committees;
(e) To assist in ad hoc projects and community engagement exercises on poverty alleviation; and
(f) To perform other duties as and when required.

(b) 於取得學位後有最少12年全職工作經驗,當中包括最少5年具有管理團隊以制定企業公關策略、計劃並推行宣傳和公眾推廣活動、項目策劃、活動統籌、傳媒和媒體關係,及在印刷、電子、社交媒體平台及運輸媒體廣告平台推廣的經驗[參閱註(1)]。申請人須對政府部門或公共機構的運作有深入認識;
(c) 懂得使用辦公室電腦軟件(包括MS Word、PowerPoint 及Excel等),平面設計軟件(例如Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign)及錄像/影片編輯軟件(例如 Adobe Premiere Pro、Adobe After Effects 及 Final Cut Pro)等;
(d) 具備紮實管理網路宣傳工具,例如Facebook及網頁的知識,並對與香港大眾的溝通趨勢、形式和渠道有深入了解;
(e) 具備優良的領導才能和分析能力,擅於項目策劃及管理,並擁有相關豐富的經驗;
(f) 具備卓越的人際及溝通技巧,能夠(以文書和會話)與內部及外間持份者的高層有效溝通;以及
(g) 具有優秀的中英文書寫能力,英語及粵語流暢,在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科考獲第3等級或以上的成績,或同等成績[參閱註(2)]。

Candidates should:
(a) have a Bachelor’s or higher degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) have at least 12 years' post-degree full-time work experience, including at least 5 years of work experience in managing a team to formulate corporate PR strategies, as well as plan and implement publicity and public promotional campaigns, project planning, event management, press and media relations, and promotion in printed, electronic, social media and transit advertising platforms [See Note (1)]. Candidates should have a good understanding of the operation of government or public bodies;
(c) be proficient in office software applications (including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop. Illustrator, InDesign) and video/film editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro), etc.;
(d) have solid knowledge in managing internet publicity tools such as Facebook and website, and strong understanding of the trends as well as forms and channels of communication among the general public in Hong Kong;
(e) have strong leadership skills and analytical ability; and be experienced and proficient in project planning and management;
(f) have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level; and
(g) have excellent writing proficiency in English and Chinese, be fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2)].
