職責
二級會計主任主要調派執行會計或相關職務，例如財務會計、成本及管理會計、系統發展、內部稽核、會計調查、基金／貸款管理、津貼／資助計劃的財務監察及管理等工作。
An Accounting Officer II is mainly deployed on performing accounting or related duties such as financial accounting, cost and management accounting, system development, internal audit, investigatory accounting, fund/loan management, financial monitoring and management of subvention/funding schemes, etc.
入職條件
申請人必須 ─
(a) (i) 持有本港大學頒授的會計學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；或
(ii) 為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生並已完成該課程的基礎級別課程，或具備同等資格；
(b) 在綜合招聘考試的能力傾向測試中取得及格成績[註一]；
(c) 符合以下語文能力要求：在綜合招聘考試的英文運用試卷和中文運用試卷中分別取得二級和一級成績，或在其他考試取得同等成績[註一]；及操流利粵語及英語；及
(d) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績。[註二]
招聘考試：申請人必須參加暫定於二零二四年十月二十七日在香港舉行的筆試，並須在有關筆試取得及格成績，方可獲邀請參加遴選面試。該筆試為英文寫作試卷，目的是評估申請人的撰寫及組織能力。
由於審核所有申請需時，申請人獲邀請參加筆試並不表示已符合二級會計主任的入職條件。

Candidates should -

(ii) be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Qualification Programme (QP) and have completed the Associate Level of QP, or equivalent;
(b) have a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE)[Note 1];
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 result in the Use of English paper and Level 1 result in the Use of Chinese paper in the CRE, or equivalent [Note 1]; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and
(d) have a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) [Note 2].
Recruitment Examination : Candidates are required to pass a written examination to be held tentatively on 27 October 2024 in Hong Kong before they will be further considered for selection interviews. The written examination is an English essay-type writing paper which aims at assessing candidates’ proficiency in written communication and organisation abilities.
As it takes time to process all applications, an invitation to the written examination does not imply that the candidate’s qualifications meet the entry requirements of the post of Accounting Officer II.

註二：政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
