• (a)To assist in formulating social media strategies and managing the social media platforms of the Bureau;
• (b)To brainstorm and create digital content in the form of texts, videos, animations, graphics, infographics, etc. for publicity purpose;
• (c)To be responsible for photo / video shooting of the office and the editing / post-production process, and maintain a multimedia repository;
• (d)To assist in handling event invitations; and
• (e)To perform any other duties as assigned.

Candidates should -

• (a)have acquired a bachelor degree from a local university, or equivalent, preferably in Communication, Creative Media, Digital Media, Public Relations, Advertising or related field;
• (b)have met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE

• (c)have at least three years’ post-degree full-time work experience in creative media, digital media/marketing, public relations and/or managing social media platforms, including but not limited to mobile app, websites, Facebook, Instagram and Weibo, with hands-on experience in content creation and writing, video production and artwork design, in government or sizable public or private organisations;
• (d)be highly proficient in photo editing software application (e.g. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.), with knowledge in graphics and other video editing software;
• (e)have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• (f)have good computer operation knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese and English word processing skills; and
• (g)be able to work under pressure to meet imminent deadlines.
