To handle duties related to the execution of the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games to be held in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The main duties may include –

(a) to assist in the execution of the sports competitions and relevant programmes of the Games;
(b) to provide logistical support to the accommodation, catering, security and transportation of the Games;
(c) to work side by side with the volunteers in relevant venues of the Games to provide service to the participants and handle their general enquiries;
(d) to perform general office clerical works, including computer data input, etc.; and
(e) to undertake other duties assigned by supervisor.

Candidates should –
(a) have attained an education level of Form 5 or above or equivalent;
(b) speak fluent Cantonese, have an average command of Putonghua and English; as well as demonstrating ability to write and read Chinese and English; and
(c) have a good command of computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet any of the following criteria–
(i) possess experience and basic knowledge in organising recreational and sports programme (including those for persons with disabilities (PWDs))
(ii) possess experience in volunteer services
(iii) possess working experience in the hotel and tourism industry, hospitality and catering industry or security and transportation industry
(iv) a holder of a valid First Aid Certificate
(v) a holder of relevant certificate in sign language translation (including valid reference letter of relevant experience issued from employing institutions)
