- 1.協助籌劃、檢討和推行環境及生態局(食物科)轄下的活動／措施，包括但不限於相關的宣傳及推廣工作；
- 2.協助監督和監察活動／措施的運作和推行進度，包括但不限於：跟進及監察各項目的實施進度；以及各項措施／計劃／項目的成效；
- 3.執行與採購相關的事務，並監察承辦商／服務供應商的表現；
- 4.提供行政及／或管理支援服務，並與持份者和／或工作伙伴聯絡溝通；
- 5.為相關委員會／會議提供秘書處支援服務；以及
- 6.執行上級指派的其他職務。
職責
- 1.To assist in the planning, review and implementation of activities/initiatives of the Environment and Ecology Bureau, including but not limited to its publicity and promotion work;
- 2.To assist in overseeing and monitoring the operation and implementation of activities/initiatives, including but not limited to the monitoring of implementation progress of various projects and evaluation of the effectiveness of various initiatives/schemes/programmes;
- 3.To conduct procurement-related matters and monitor the performance of the contractors or service providers;
- 4.To provide executive and/or administrative support and liaise with relevant stakeholders and/or working counterparts;
- 5.To provide secretariat support to the relevant committees or meetings; and
- 6.To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
- 1.持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- 2.符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[見註]；
- 3.於取得上述學歷後，具備六年或以上的全職工作經驗，當中最少三年需為在政府／公共機構從事行政或管理工作的相關工作經驗；
- 4.具備良好中英文書寫能力、優良中英文會話能力及基本普通話會話能力；及
- 5.具備良好電腦操作知識，包括MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint及中英文文書處理。
- 1.a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
- 2.level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note];
- 3.six years or more full-time post-qualification working experience, including at least three years of experience in administrative and management work in the Government or public bodies;
- 4.good command of written Chinese and English; fluent Cantonese and English with basic knowledge of Putonghua; and
- 5.good computer operation knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese and English word processing skills.
