職責
- (a)To advise on the approach and methodologies related to the research and development on Applied Learning;
- (b)to work closely with consultants and quality assurance agencies in designing and putting in place the related research mechanism and process;
- (c)to network with different trades and employers to tap the latest manpower resources or skills required in different fields;
- (d)to conduct curriculum mapping to enhance the understanding and acceptance of Applied Learning; and
- (e)to perform any other duties as required by the Administration for enhancing the quality of education in schools.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷。申請人如具備更高學位或與應用學習相關的專業資格，可獲優先考慮；
- (b)於取得學位後，具備不少於10年在公營及/或私營機構有關課程發展及從教育過渡到工作歷程的研究、策劃和推行經驗；
- (c)具有管理大規模與教育項目相關項目的豐富經驗；
- (d)具專業團體及工商界的聯繫；
- (e)具備收集及分析質化及量化資料以支援管理決策的知識及技巧；
- (f)良好的中英文寫作及口語能力；以及
- (g)優良的溝通及人際技巧。

- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Preference will be given to applicants with a higher degree or professional qualification related to Applied Learning;
- (b)at least 10 years' post-degree experiences with a profile in public and/or private sectors related to research, planning and implementation in curriculum development and transitioning from education to work place;
- (c)proven experience as a project leader in managing large scale research projects related to education;
- (d)good connection with professional bodies, industrial and business sectors;
- (e)knowledge and skills in the collection and compilation of both qualitative and quantitative data to support management decision making;
- (f)good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- (g)strong communication and interpersonal skills.
