• (a)to conduct research and analysis on housing-related issues, particularly in relation to private housing and the real estate sector;
• (b)to draft briefs, think pieces, articles, speeches and reports;
• (c)to help organize discussion groups and seminars with stakeholders;
• (d)to assist in the conduct of community engagement exercises; and
• (e)to perform other duties as required by the Bureau.

Candidates should :-

• (a)have a bachelor degree, preferably in the social sciences or housing studies / housing economics, from a local or overseas university, or equivalent;
• (b)have a minimum of 5 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience;
• (c)have a proven track record in policy research outputs and research networking relevant to the job nature;
• (d)have strong interest in public policy research, especially in housing and real estate, or related fields;
• (e)have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• (f)have strong communication, organizational and presentation skills; and
• (g)be mature, self-motivated and able to work long or irregular hours.
