- (a)協助擬訂教育局的宣傳策略，藉此提高公眾對教育局主要政策及措施的認識；
- (b)協助管理及統籌大型宣傳活動；
- (c)推行項目的宣傳計劃，以及安排透過廣告宣傳媒介進行宣傳計劃，包括宣傳短片、電視及電台節目、廣告、展覽板、紀念品等；
- (d)撰寫／編輯有關教育事宜的新聞稿和文章在報刊及網上發表，及草擬演辭、信件、評論文章，並就不同的教育議題進行訪談活動；
- (e)擔任教育局員工通訊的執行編輯；以及
- (f)在有需要時執行其他職務。

職責
- (a)To assist in mapping out the publicity strategy of the Bureau with a view to enhancing public awareness of all major policies and initiatives;
- (b)To assist in managing and co-ordinating large-scale promotional activities;
- (c)To implement publicity plan on projects and to arrange publicity package through advertising media, including APIs, TV and radio programmes, advertisements, display panels, souvenir items, etc;
- (d)To write/edit press releases and articles on education issues, for publication in printed media and websites, and to draft speeches, letters, commentaries and conduct interviews on education issues;
- (e)To take up the role of executive editor for the Education Bureau staff newsletter; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as and when required.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位或同等學歷；
- (b)在取得學位後最少八年曾從事公關、活動／項目管理、機構傳訊、新聞及編製機構內部刊物或相關範疇；
- (c)中英文書寫能力良好、操流利粵語及英語；
- (d)掌握良好溝通、人際及表達技巧；
- (e)熟識教育新聞；
- (f)願意不定時工作及能在緊迫時限內完成工作；以及
- (g)熟識電腦運用，包括文書處理。

- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- (b)At least 8 years' post-degree experience in the field of public relations, event/campaign management, corporate communication, journalism and in-house publication or related fields;
- (c)Have a good command of written and spoken English and written Chinese and spoken Cantonese;
- (d)Have good communication, inter-personal and presentation skills;
- (e)Have a good understanding of topical education issues;
- (f)Willing to work outside normal office hours and be able to meet tight deadlines; and
- (g)Be computer-literate, with good word processing skills.
Remarks : Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend a written test on the day of interview.
