職責
領導系統支援小組及與承辦商合作,保持/改善查詢中心電話基礎設施及資訊系統的表現、穩定及復原力;進行系統更新以達到服務要求;研發、執行和檢討管理資訊系統以配合運作需要;監管負責維修的承辦商表現及進行故障管理;以及為中心系統提供改善建議,以提升中心服務的效率及效能。或須於通宵、星期六、日或公眾假期期間不定時工作,以及在惡劣天氣(包括颱風及黑色暴雨)期間工作。
To lead a system support team and work with external contractors to maintain / improve the performance, reliability and resilience of the call centre’s telephony infrastructure and information systems; to perform system changes to meet service requirements; to develop, implement and review the information systems to meet operational needs; to monitor performance of maintenance contractor and perform fault management; and to initiate and identify enhancement of call centre system for more efficient and effective delivery of services to public. May be required to work at overnight, and irregular hours during weekdays as well as public holidays, and in inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm.
入職條件
申請人必須-
(a) 持有本港大學頒發的資訊資訊科技、資訊系統、計算機科學、工程或相關學科學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 在取得學歷後累積最少五年有關電話查詢中心系統支援或系統項目管理的工作經驗;及
(c) 具備良好中文及英文書寫及會話溝通技巧。
Candidates should have -
(a) a Hong Kong degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification working experience in call centre system support and project management; and
(c) good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
