職責
主要職責包括:
(a) 協助宴會及日常餐飲服務烹調及食材處理工作;
(b) 協助打理家務包括清潔、檢查家居用品及廚房器具等;以及
(c) 協助活動場地佈置、接待及侍餐等工作。
(註:獲取錄的申請人須(a)超時及不定時工作,包括在晚間、周六、周日及公眾假期工作;以及(b)奉派香港禮賓府、粉嶺別墅和其他地方工作。)
Major duties are:
(a) to assist in cooking, food handling and preparation for banquets and daily catering services;
(b) to assist in domestic service including cleansing and checking of household items and cooking utensils; and
(c) to assist in setting of venues for events, receiving guests and serving meals.
(Note: The successful candidate is required to (a) work overtime and irregular hours including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; and (b) be deployed to work in Government House, Fanling Lodge and any other places as required.)
入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 具有在大戶家庭、大型酒店或機構處理家務及食材的知識。具處理食材及基本烹飪相關學歷或工作經驗,能操作清潔機械及器材者將獲優先考慮;以及
(b) 能操流利粵語及簡單英語;閱讀和書寫簡單中、英文;懂簡單普通話者為佳。
Candidates should:
(a) have knowledge in domestic service, food handling and preparation in a large household or large hotel/hospitality establishment. Qualifications or experience in food handling and basic cooking, experience in operating cleaning machines and equipment are preferred; and
(b) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; read and write simple Chinese and English; and ability to speak simple Putonghua is an advantage.
