- (a)提供專業意見及後勤支援，以協助計劃、籌辦、開展及推行為學校中層領導、擬任校長及校長而設的專業發展課程；
- (b)擬定服務規格及評審準則，邀請機構承辦專業發展課程；
- (c)監督專業發展課程的承辦機構，包括監察課堂、出席質素保證委員會及跟進課後問卷調查；
- (d)就評估報告提供意見，以用作規劃專業發展課程；
- (e)為研究計劃及教師／校長專業能力理念架構的檢討／設立提供專業意見及支援；以及
- (f)執行其他獲指派的職務。

時薪528元 (每月需工作共七十小時)
職責
- (a)To provide professional input and logistics support for planning, organising, developing and delivering self-run professional development programmes for middle leaders, aspiring principals and principals;
- (b)To prepare the specifications and assessment criteria for inviting quotations for conducting the professional development programmes;
- (c)To monitor the commissioned professional development programmes by sitting in on the programmes, attending the Quality Assurance Committee meetings and following up on the findings of the post-course survey;
- (d)To advise on the use of evaluation data for future planning of the professional development programmes;
- (e)To provide professional input and support to the conduct of research and study projects and the review/setting up of Teacher Competencies Framework and Principal Competencies Framework; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位及本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書；或具備同等學歷；持有與教育有關的高級學位的申請人可獲優先考慮；
- (b)具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力；以及
- (c)於取得學位後，在教育方面具有不少於十五年的工作經驗，其中最少有十年在公營中學擔任校長的經驗。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; a higher degree in education is preferred;
- (b)Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential; and
- (c)At least 15 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 10 years should be in the capacity of a public sector secondary school principal.
