職責
(a) 協助聯繫商界、僱主和商會等持份者,為人才舉辦建立網絡的活動和節目;
(b) 定期利用不同途徑(聚會、社交媒體平台更新等)接觸人才,以管理香港、內地和海外的人才網絡;
(c) 協助制訂為在港人才而設的定居支援服務清單,並與合適的伙伴探討合作機會;
(d) 協助監察為人才/潛在人才提供良好的查詢服務和定居支援服務,以及處理相關投訴;
(e) 為僱用服務提供行政支援,以及與顧問/服務承辦商聯繫,並監察其服務表現和人才聯繫及/或支援的成果;
(f) 協助制訂適當的機制/工具,用以定期和持續進行用戶調查,並監察用戶體驗,以便日後改善服務;
(g) 處理人才聯繫及支援組的行政事宜,包括人事、辦公地方、辦公室設備、檔案管理、會計及財務、一般查詢及投訴;以及
(h) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職務。

(a) to assist in engaging stakeholders such as the business sectors, employers and trade associations to organise networking activities and events for talents;
(b) to manage the network of talents in Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas by reaching out through various means (gatherings, social media platform updates etc.) regularly;
(c) to assist in drawing up a menu of settlement support service for talents in Hong Kong and to explore collaboration with suitable partners;
(d) to assist in monitoring good provision of enquiry service and settlement support service for talents/potential talents and handle related complaints;
(e) to provide administrative support for hiring of services and to liaise with and monitor performance of the consultants/service contractors and outcome for talent engagement and/or support;
(f) to assist in devising suitable mechanism/tools for conducting regular and ongoing user surveys and to monitor the user experience for future service enhancement;
(g) to handle the administration matters of the Engagement and Talent Support Section, including personnel, accommodation, office equipment, records management, accounts and finance, general enquiries and complaints; and
(h) to perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should have –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 10 years’ full-time post-qualifications work experience, including at least three years of work experience at managerial level in private and/or public sectors;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(d) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(e) hands-on collaborative experience in dealing with different parties in the business sectors, employers and trade associations, etc.; organising activities, gatherings, events and functions for big groups of people; handling enquiries and complaints; providing support to requests for assistance from stakeholders; conducting user surveys and analysing survey results; monitoring performance of consultants/service contractors; handling personnel, and general administration matters of companies/organisations;
(f) good knowledge of markets for migration and settlement, education sector and job markets in Hong Kong; and
(g) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
