職責
擔任總務文員職務,包括一般行政、數據處理、檢查帳單/發票、處理書信/檔案、打字、安排貨品及服務的採購、點算存貨、收發郵件、協調文具及其他資源的分配工作、接待及引領賓客、協助處理查詢及投訴,以及擔任獲指派的其他雜務。
Responsible for carrying out general clerk duties, including general administration, data processing, checking bills / invoices, handling correspondences / files, typing, arranging procurement of goods and services, checking inventories, receipt and despatch of mail items, coordinating stationery and other resources, access management, assisting in handling enquiries and complaints and undertaking any other miscellaneous duties as may be required.
入職條件
申請人必須-
(a) 中五畢業,並在香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績,或具備同等學歷[請參閱註];及
(b) 具有一年從事一般行政或會計或文書職務的工作經驗。
申請人如具備實際操作電腦的知識,包括文書處理、PowerPoint和Excel等則更為理想。
Candidates should have –
(a) completed Secondary 5 with Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent (See Note); and
(b) 1 year’s experience in undertaking general administrative or accounting or clerical duties.
Candidates who possess hands-on PC knowledge including word processing, Powerpoint and Excel will have an advantage.
入職條件(註)
過往香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績,在行政上會視為等同二零零七年及以後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第2等級成績。
