職責
(a) 為中學提供到校支援,以協助該些學校就通識教育科(中四至中六)作出校本課程決定、制訂課程方案、發展有效的教與學策略及編製學與教材料;
(b) 透過教師學習社羣以及組織及舉辦專業發展活動,以發展高中通識教育課程的課程措施及學與教策略;
(c) 提升學校課程領導的技巧和所需知識;
(d) 鑑別、促進及推廣學校在發展通識教育科(中四至中六) 校本課程的良好實踐經驗;
(e) 分擔組內的行政工作,並協助策劃、執行和評審校本支援服務;以及
(f) 就推行課程發展措施及校本支援服務,與科目專家、其他人士或團體聯繫。
(a) To provide on-site support to secondary schools for school-based curriculum decisions, drawing up curriculum plans, developing effective teaching and learning strategies, and producing learning and teaching materials for Liberal Studies (LS) (S4-6);
(b) To facilitate the development of curriculum initiatives, and learning and teaching strategies of the curriculum of senior secondary LS through the organization of professional development activities and teacher learning communities;
(c) To enhance skills and knowledge of curriculum leader in schools;
(d) To identify, facilitate and disseminate good practices of schools in the development of school-based curriculum initiatives of LS (S4-6);
(e) To share the administrative duties in the Section and assist in the planning, the operating and the evaluating of school-based support services; and
(f) To liaise with subject specialists, other individuals or bodies in relation to the implementation of curriculum development measures and school-based support services.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;尤以曾接受與通識教育相關的訓練或持有與通識教育相關的碩士/博士學位為佳[見註1];
(b) 持有本港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[見註2];
(d) 於取得有關學歷後,在通識教育 (中四至中六)及個人、社會及人文教育或科學教育的學習領域的科目具有不少於6年有關教學、教師培訓或為學校提供直接支援以促進教與學的經驗,尤以在中學領導推行通識教育 (中四至中六)課程的經驗為佳;
(e) 熟悉本地及國際的教育制度和近年的課程改革情況;
(f) 掌握良好的溝通及人際技巧;以及
(g) 申請人或須於遴選面試當天參加操作測試/筆試。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with training or higher degrees relevant in Liberal Studies (See Note 1);
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 2);
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching, teacher training, or providing direct support to schools to enhance teaching and learning in subjects of LS (S4-6) and the Key Learning Areas (KLAs) of Personal, Social and Humanities Education (PSHE) or Science Education, preferably with experience in playing a leading role in the implementation of LS (S4-6) curriculum in secondary schools;
(e) Good knowledge of education systems and recent curriculum reforms in both local and international settings;
(f) Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
(g) Candidates may be required to take a practical/written test on the day of selection interview.
入職條件(註)
1. 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如碩士/博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
2. 政府在聘任時,2007年之前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)「C級」及「E級」的成績,在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3級」和「第2級」的成績。
3. 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
