- (1)協助籌備及執行銷售及廣告計劃，推廣特快專遞服務以達業務指標;
- (2)統籌有關生產及分發宣傳品，與供應商建立及維持關係，以便生產特定的營銷物品及推廣物品;
- (3)發展及執行產品開發活動，統籌及與相關的機構商討，以確保維持產品對公眾的吸引力;
- (4)評估活動成效及整理市場調查資料，以分析活動在市場的競爭力，與其他郵政機關及市場參與者的服務基準作比較; 以及
- (5)監察網頁資料、擬定統計數據及報告、處理查詢及投訴。
職責
- (1)To assist in preparation and implementation of marketing and advertising plans for Speedpost products/services to meet business target;
- (2)To coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials, create and maintain marketing vendor relationships for production of premiums and marketing materials;
- (3)To develop and execute product launching activities, liaise and coordinate with internal units and external parties to ensure the effectiveness of maintaining the product appeal to the public;
- (4)To evaluate programme effectiveness and collate market research information in competitive analysis, and benchmark with other postal administrations and/or the market players; and
- (5)To monitor the website, prepare statistical data and reports, handle external enquiries and complaints.
入職條件
- (1)持有本港大學頒授的認可學士學位，或具同等學歷，以工商管理、市場學或相關學科的學士學位尤佳;
- (2)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前為「課程乙」）取得第3等級（2007年以前為「C級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (3)取得上述學歷資格後，累積不少於兩年在商界的市場推廣及/或產品拓展經驗，具國際消費品或貨運代理商業務經驗尤佳;
- (4)具備優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力，並熟悉電腦操作技巧；
- (5)靈活變通，且具備敏銳的商業觸角;
- (6)具備卓越的組織、人際關係、項目策劃/協調技巧:以及
- (7)能獨立工作，有自我推動的能力，並須積極投入團隊工作。
- (1)A recognized Hong Kong bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent.
- (2)Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (3)A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification commercial experience in marketing and/or product development, preferably with experience in international consumer goods or freight forwarding business industries;
- (4)Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in computer skills;
- (5)Highly versatile with sharp business acumen;
- (6)Good organizing, interpersonal, project planning/coordination skills; and
- (7)Able to work independently and demonstrate qualities of a committed and self-motivated team player.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
