1. To supervise Stadium Assistants; 2. To handle general enquiries and to provide customer services; 3. To supervise the performance of contractors for catering, security and cleansing services; 4. To assist in first-aid services and handling accidents and injuries; 5. To assist in enforcing the Stadia Regulation and the Conditions for the Use of Stadium; and 6. To perform other duties as assigned by Stadium Staff. 【Successful candidates will be required to perform outdoor duties on event days and work irregular hours and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays, Public and Statutory Holidays). Actual working hours will be arranged by supervisors. If there is operational need, the successful candidates may need to perform duties in Mong Kok Stadium and So Kon Po Recreation Ground.】

Candidates should meet the entry requirements in either (A) OR (B) below: (A) (a)(i) Level 2 or equivalent 【Note 1】or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) 【Note 2】, or equivalent; or (a)(ii) Level 2 【Note 3】 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) 【Note 2】, or equivalent; (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 【Note 3】 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; (c) at least 1 year’s full-time (or 2 years’ part-time) working experience in major performing venues or sports grounds; and (d) good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Putonghua. OR (B) (a) completed Form 5 with Level 2 【Note 3】 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; (b) at least 2 years’ full-time (or 4 years’ part-time) working experience in major performing venues or sports grounds; and (c) good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Putonghua.
