- (a)搜集及分析用戶要求；
- (b)設計、開發、測試、保養及改進資訊系統和應用程式；
- (c)提供技術建議和協助推行電腦項目，包括但不限於互聯網服務、內聯網服務、地理資訊系統及手機地圖應用程式；
- (d)監控開發工序的質量和在開發過程中使用最佳編碼之方式；
- (e)擬備及編製文件；及
- (f)執行其他有關土地信息系統或資訊科技的工作。
職責
- (a)to gather and analyze user requirements;
- (b)to design, develop, test, maintain and improve GIS / IT systems or applications;
- (c)to provide technical advice and to assist IT projects implementation including but not limited to Internet-based services, Intranet-based services, GIS applications, and mobile map applications;
- (d)to implement quality control and best coding practices in the development process;
- (e)to prepare and compile documentation; and
- (f)to perform other GIS or IT-related duties.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港大學頒授的計算機科學、計算機工程、系統工程、地理資訊學、測繪及地理資訊學、地理資訊系統、數碼設計之一級或二級榮譽學位，或具同等學歷；
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲「第2級」或以上成績
註] ，或具同等學歷；
(c)於取得上述學位後，具備至少五年互聯網/內聯網網際網路/地理資訊系統/應用，或手機應用程式的開發、推行及保養，或地理空間數據建模的工作經驗；
(d)至少在以下兩個方面具備實際工作經驗：JavaScript (e.g. jQuery, Dojo, etc.), AJAX programming, MVC framework (e.g. Spring, JFS, Struts, etc.), web services protocols/interfaces (e.g. SOAP, REST, etc.), Adobe Flex, HTML5, ArcGIS SDK, C#, Python, database programming；及
(e)擁有以下證書者尤佳：Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Sun Certified Java Developer, Sun Certified Web Component Developer。
- (a)a First or Second Class Honours Degree from a Hong Kong university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Geo-informatics, Geomatics, Geographic Information System (GIS), Digital Design, or equivalent;
- (b)‘Level 2’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)
Note] , or equivalent ;
- (c)at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Internet/Intranet-based IT/GIS system/application, or mobile application (app) development, implementation and maintenance or geospatial data modelling;
- (d)with practical working experience in at least two of the following areas: JavaScript (e.g. jQuery, Dojo, etc.), AJAX programming, MVC framework (e.g. Spring, JFS, Struts, etc.), web services protocols/interfaces (e.g. SOAP, REST, etc.), Adobe Flex, HTML5, ArcGIS SDK, C#, Python, database programming; and
- (e)certified with any of the following certifications is an advantage: Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Sun Certified Java Developer, Sun Certified Web Component Developer.
