Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager
月薪港幣61,845元
職責
(a) 協助策劃和推行「博物館會員計劃」,以加強社區對康樂及文化事務署轄下博物館(以下統稱「博物館」)的支持;
(b) 協助策劃和推行「文博義工計劃」,以凝聚一班博物館的支持者,並鼓勵社區參與以推廣對藝術、歷史、文化和科學的認識;
(c) 出版「香港博物館期刊」,與公眾分享博物館的研究工作;
(d) 通過重整博物館咖啡館和書店的招標程序,以加強博物館的品牌形象;
(e) 為推廣各項計劃制訂營銷策略,包括但不限於「博物館通行證」、「香港博物館期刊」、「博物館會員計劃」及「文博義工計劃」等,以擴闊觀眾群;
(f) 督導下屬協助執行以上工作;以及
(g) 執行其他由上級指派的工作。
註:受聘人或須不定時、在周末及/或假日工作。
(a) To strategise and implement the Museum Membership Scheme for augmenting community support;
(b) To strategise and implement the Museum Volunteer Scheme for developing a society of keen supporters and encouraging community involvement in promoting the appreciation of art, history, culture and science;
(c) To publish the Hong Kong Museum Journal for sharing research work of museums with the public;
(d) To brand-build museum image by reviewing the tendering procedures and operation of museums cafes and bookshops;
(e) To devise marketing strategies for promoting key initiatives including but not limited to the Museum Pass, the Hong Kong Museum Journal, the Membership Scheme, the Volunteer Scheme, etc. in order to widen audience base;
(f) To supervise subordinates to assist in the execution of the above duties; and
(g) To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Note: Appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours, on weekends and/or public holidays.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷;主修市場營銷、公共關係、傳理或相關學科者可獲優先考慮;持有藝術及文化相關學科的高級學位學歷者更佳;
(b) 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科成績達第3等級或以上,或具同等學歷 [見註(2)];
(c) 於取得學歷後,曾最少七年全職從事市場推廣/品牌形象工程/公共關係/廣告/藝術管理/市場研究的工作,其中四年須擔任管理級職位;
(d) 熟悉Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等商業應用軟件及中文文書處理;
(e) 具良好中英文寫作技巧。申請人須在筆試中考獲合格成績;
(f) 操良好英語及粵語;
(g) 具良好的溝通技巧、人際關係和組織能力;
(h) 熟悉文化事務工作,包括表演藝術、博物館和電影,將獲優先考慮;以及
(i) 擁有藝術管理方面的工作經驗,包括籌款、義工管理、藝術行政和製作市場營銷宣傳品,將獲優先考慮。
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in marketing, public relations, communication, or equivalent. A higher degree in arts and culture related discipline will be an advantage;
(b) Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 2);
(c) at least seven years' full-time post-qualification working experience in marketing/ brand engineering/ public relations/ advertising/ arts management/ marketing research with four years of which in managerial positions;
(d) good knowledge in the application of common business software of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and so on;
(e) good writing skills in both English and Chinese. Candidates are required to pass a written test;
(f) proficiency in speaking English and Cantonese;
(g) excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
(h) good knowledge of cultural services, including performing arts, museums and films, will be an advantage; and
(i) working experience in arts management, including fund raising, volunteers management, arts administration and development of marketing communication materials, will be an advantage.

(2) 政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時,2007年前的香港中學會考英國語文科(課程乙)和中國語文科C級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科第3級成績。
(3) 申請人須於申請表內夾附詳細履歷表,列明曾擔任的職位,曾受聘的公司,以及每個職位的職責簡介。沒有夾附所需的詳細履歷表之申請或不獲考慮。
(4) 不論男女,皆可申請此職位。
