Part-time Senior Project Development Coordinator (School Leadership and Professional Development) (EDB/PDT/083/17)
時薪497元 (每月需工作共70小時)
職責
(a) 為教學專業團隊所訂定的專業標準提供專業意見及支援,包括諮詢工作以收集教學專業團隊成員及其他持份者的意見;
(b) 參考持份者的意見,優化該專業標準的擬稿;
(c) 協助策劃、組織、策略性推行、推廣及宣傳為教學專業團隊所訂定的專業標準;
(d) 設計及開發持續專業發展及入職啟導工具;以及
(e) 執行其他獲指派的職務。
(a) To provide professional input and support to the implementation of standards for the teaching profession, including being responsible for tasks relating to the consultation work and tapping the views of members of the teaching profession and other stakeholders;
(b) To be responsible for the refinement of the proposed standards with reference to the views collected from stakeholders;
(c) To assist in planning, organising, and developing strategies for the implementation, promotion and dissemination of the standards for the teaching profession;
(d) To design and develop the continuing professional development and Induction toolkit; and
(e) To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位及持有本港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;持有與教育相關的高級學位優先;
(b) 於取得學士學位後,具有不少於10年與教育相關的工作經驗,其中最少有3年在本地中學擔任校長的經驗;
(c) 具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力;
(d) 具培訓本地教師及 / 或校長的知識;熟識本地教育系統和現行教育政策,及全球教育趨勢;
(e) 具備良好的分析能力、計劃管理及協作能力;以及
(f) 有承擔,能獨立及於團隊中按指示工作。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; a higher degree in education preferred;
(b) At least 10 years' post bachelor's degree education-related experience, of which at least 3 years' experience in principalship in local secondary schools;
(c) Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential;
(d) Knowledge in conducting teacher and/or principal training in local context; familiar with Hong Kong education system and current educational policies as well as the global trends in education;
(e) Strong analytical skills, and project management and coordination skills; and
(f) committed and able to work independently as well as in a team and under instructions.
