職責
(a)進行研究分析和透過訪校,了解學校服務需要及辨識有效的教學 / 支援措施;
(b)收集、整合及製作教學資源,優化第一層及第二層支援教學以協助有讀寫困難的中學生;
(c)與教師協作,在校內試行課室支援策略及促進學科學習;
(d)組織及舉辦教師培訓課程以分享教學技巧及知識;
(e)協調、計劃及參與評估計劃成效;以及
(f)執行任何其他獲指派的職務。
(a) To conduct surveys and school visits to understand service needs and identify effective school practices;
(b) To collect, compile and produce resource materials on enhancing tier-1 and tier-2 support for secondary students with SpLD;
(c) To collaborate with teachers to try out the strategies of classroom support and curriculum access in schools;
(d) To organize and deliver teacher training activities for dissemination of skills and knowledge;
(e) To coordinate, plan and participate in the evaluation of the project; and
(f) To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
入職條件
(a)持有本港所頒授主修通識教育、中文、社會學、社會研究或心理學學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績[參閱註1],或具備同等成績;以及
(d)在取得學士學位後具備5年相關教學經驗;或具備共8年有關的工作經驗,當中最少3年全面涵蓋中四、中五及中六通識教育學科的教學經驗,包括具備教導及/或支援有特殊教育需要學生的經驗[參閱註2],或同等經驗。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Liberal Studies, Chinese, Sociology, Social Studies or Psychology, or equivalent;
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [See Note 1] or equivalent; and
(d) A total of 5 years' relevant post-degree teaching experience; or a total of 8 years' relevant experience, with at least three years of experience fully covering the senior secondary levels 4,5 and 6 in the subjects of Liberal Studies, including experience in teaching and/or providing support to student with special educational needs [See Note 2], or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
1. 政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
2. 申請人如具備發展校本課程/發展適用於中學學生閱讀及寫作技巧/支援有讀寫困難的中學生的經驗,將作優先考慮。
3. 成功申請者將於2017年12月1日或之前到職。
