- (1)負責任何有關網絡基礎設施的工作，以確保香港郵政的業務運作順利；
- (2)負責網絡基礎設施的設計、推行、支援和維修保養工作，包括：
- (i)提供技術支援，幫助應用團隊和各支援團隊為網絡基礎設施進行持續或以個別項目為本的工作，包括可行性研究、分析和設計、制訂規模、場地準備、系統推行和測試;
- (ii)與承辦商、用戶、應用團隊和各支援團隊協調和合作，以便適當地安排和執行與網絡基礎設施相關的工作；
- (iii)在出現與網絡有關的問題時，為網絡基礎設施提供一線及／或二線的技術支援；
- (3)負責網絡硬件和軟件的採購，包括購置、安裝、支援及維修保養的工作；
- (4)負責評估網絡的硬件、軟件及相關技術;
- (5)負責網絡基礎設施在推行上的品質控制工作；
- (6)為用戶提供資訊科技培訓;以及
- (7)準備、檢查和更新文件，包括程序和報告。

SYSTEM ANALYST (TECHNICAL SERVICES – NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE)
年薪約670,000元，另加約滿酬金
職責
- (1)To undertake any network infrastructure related duties for the smooth operation of Hongkong Post business;
- (2)To undertake the design, implementation, support and maintenance activities for the network infrastructure, including:
- (i)provision of technical support for application teams and various support teams in ongoing or project-based network related issues in the areas of feasibility study, analysis and design, sizing, site preparation, implementation and testing;
- (ii)co-ordination and collaboration with contractors, users, application teams and various support teams for proper scheduling and implementation of network related tasks;
- (iii)provision of first-line and/or second-line technical support for the network infrastructure whenever there is a problem in a network related incident;
- (3)To undertake the procurement for network hardware and software, including the acquisition, installation, support and maintenance;
- (4)To undertake the evaluation of network hardware, software and technologies;
- (5)To undertake the quality control of network implementation activities;
- (6)To provide IT training to end users; and
- (7)To prepare, examine and update documentations, including procedures and reports.
入職條件
- (1)持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (3)取得上述學歷資格後，在資訊科技行業累積不少於五年工作經驗，當中最少三年須在資訊科技行業為多個數據中心、後勤辦公室及銷售櫃位的大型網絡基礎設施從事設計、推行、支援和維修保養工作，這些數據中心、後勤辦公室及銷售櫃位是以服務市民、客戶、供應商、商業夥伴及／或僱員為目標；
- (4)精通以下至少一個範疇： Cisco網絡產品支援；為零售網絡提供一線支援；廣域網連線管理及支援；
- (5)持有CCNA、CCNP、CCDP、CCIE、CCDE證書更佳;
- (6)具備全天候七天二十四小時支援關鍵系統的經驗更佳;
- (7)具備良好的人際關係和說服力，能有效令各持份者採納資訊科技方案，以達致業務和營運目標；
- (8)履歷表必須依時序列出過往的工作經驗及具備的相關技能；
- (9)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，以及良好的人際溝通技巧；以及
- (10)勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in IT or computer studies, or equivalent;
- (2)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (3)A minimum of five years’ post-qualification working experience in IT field, of which a minimum of three years should be involved in the design, implementation, support and maintenance of large scale network infrastructure in multiple Data Centre, General Office and Sales Counter for serving the general public, customers, suppliers, business partners and/or employees;
- (4)Proficient in one or more of the following areas: Cisco Network Product Support; First Line Support for Retail Network; and WAN Connection Management and Support;
- (5)Holder of CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, CCDE is an advantage;
- (6)Experience in 24x7 support for critical systems is an advantage;
- (7)Good interpersonal and persuasive skills in managing multiple stakeholders to adopt an IT solution effectively to meet business and operational targets;
- (8)Resume must provide career history as well as skills and experience in chronological order;
- (9)Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and
- (10)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
