成功之申請人將須：(a)就不同經濟範疇及政府政策獨立進行深入的經濟研究及分析，以及撰寫研究報告；(b)與本地學術界、商會、業界代表及其他相關人士聯絡，收集意見；(c)向相關人士進行解說和簡介﹔(d)如有需要，督導經濟分析員之工作。
職責
Successful candidate
- (s)will have to:
- (a)undertake in-depth economic research and analysis independently and produce research papers on a wide range of economic subjects and government policies;
- (b)liaise with local academics, trade associations, business representatives and other stakeholders so as to collate opinions;
- (c)provide presentations and briefings to stakeholders concerned; and
- (d)supervise the work of Research Analyst
- (s)if needed.
入職條件
- (a)本港大學所頒授的經濟學碩士或以上學位，或同等學歷(如具經濟學博士學位者更佳)；(b)具有優良的中、英文書寫及言語能力；及(c)具五年或以上全職經濟分析或相關工作經驗(如曾於學術或研究機構從事經濟研究工作，並具良好的高級經濟計量模型知識及相關經驗者更佳)[見註]。
- (a)a postgraduate degree in Economics from a Hong Kong university or equivalent (doctoral degree in Economics preferable);
- (b)a high level of competency in both written and spoken Chinese and English; and
- (c)at least 5 years of full-time economic analysis or related working experience (economic research experience with academic or research institutions as well as good knowledge and experience in high-powered econometric modelling preferable) [See Note below].
