職責
具體職責包括但不限於:
(i) 識別及製作各項計劃的 “思想領導” 内容,並在商業報告、最新動態及發報會上清晰表達其内容,以協助海外及内地公司了解和把握最新發展機遇;
(ii) 支援投資推廣工作,包括策略性收購及後續支援措施;
(iii) 進行全球投資趨勢及經濟發展研究,監察地區和全球面貌轉變所帶來的機會及已通過的政策;
(iv) 與同事及重要持份者緊密合作,包括政府經濟顧問、智庫、學者及商界領袖,共同識別由科技、經濟、與外來直接投資相關計劃帶來的最新趨勢,以及在投資推廣署的目標行業開設職位的機遇;
(v) 協助投資推廣署内外客戶進行研究及撰寫營銷信息;及
(vi) 就香港和其他經濟體進行比較研究,藉此找出策略性資源和最佳方法。
More specifically, duties will include but not be limited to:
(i) To identify and generate “thought leadership” content arising from initiatives and articulate them in “business-friendly” reports, updates, and presentations to help overseas and Mainland companies understand and seize new growth opportunities;
(ii) To support investment promotion efforts in both strategic acquisition and aftercare initiatives;
(iii) To conduct research on global investment trends and economic development and monitor the opportunities brought about by the changing regional and global landscape and policies adopted;
(iv) To work closely with colleagues and key stakeholders including the government economist, think tanks, academics and business leaders to identify the latest trends brought about by technology, economic, foreign direct investment related initiatives and opportunities for job creation in InvestHK’s priority sectors;
(v) To support InvestHK’s internal and external customers in research and the creation of sales messages; and
(vi) To conduct comparative analysis between Hong Kong and other economies for strategic input and best practice sharing.
入職條件
(a) 具備最少五年在具規模的顧問公司、學術機構或政府,就地區及全球政治經濟問題造成的商業影響進行效益研究的相關工作經驗;
(b) 擅長分析,善於解決問題,具備優越的溝通及人際社交技巧;
(c) 持有一級或二級榮譽等級香港學士學位或同等學歷,主修經濟、商業或國際關係;
(d) 符合語文能力的要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績,或具備同等成績 [見註(a)至(c)];及
(e) 英語及普通話必須流利。
(a) Minimum 5 years or more relevant proven track record in an established consulting/ advisory company, academic institution or government in conducting effective research on commercial implications arising from regional and global political economic issues;
(b) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills;
(c) A first or second class honours bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business or International Relations from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(d) Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent [See Note (a) to (c) below]; and
(e) Fluency in both English and Putonghua is a must.
入職條件(註)
(a) 香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。
(b) 香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。
(c) 在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士,在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內,其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS 考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日仍然有效。
