(1) to provide support in briefings and other publicity activities and conducting liaison work for the promotion of the Working Family Allowance (WFA) Scheme; (2) to conduct outreaching services in different districts to promote the WFA Scheme to target beneficiaries; (3) to assist in handling general enquiries about the WFA Scheme and the application arrangement; (4) to assist in production of publicity and promotional materials; (5) to assist in liaison with the non-governmental organisations concerned on the provision of form-filling support services for new WFA applicants; and (6) to perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
