Assistant Information Technology Officer (Web Applications)
月薪港幣21,000元
職責
1. 開發、執行及維持網站和網上應用系統;
2. 提供技術文件; 及
3. 為部門日常運作及其他有關資訊科技的工作提供應用系統及技術支援。
備註: 效率促進辦公室的網上應用系統包括但不限於1823網站、效率促進辦公室網站、一般管理顧問服務網站及政府青少年網站、社會創新及創業發展基金網站。
1. Develop, implement and maintain website and web application;
2. Provide technical documentations; and
3. Provide application and technical support for daily operation and other IT related duties.
Note: EffO web applications include but not limited to 1823 website, EffO website, General Management Consultancy Services Portal and Youth Portal, Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund website.
入職條件
申請人必須:
1. 持有香港專上學院頒授的計算機科學/資訊科技/訊息工程高級文憑，或同等學歷;
2. 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷 (2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績);
3. 在使用 PHP, HTML5和MySQL Database以執行、管理網站及應用系統方面具備最少2年工作經驗;
4. 具備JSON及XML的知識; 及
5. 申請人如具備以下經驗，則更為理想–
(i) 執行網站內容管理系統，例如OpenText TeamSite, WordPress, Drupal;
(ii) 在使用 Java, JavaScript和Microsoft SQL Database以執行、管理網站及應用系統;
(iii) 具備WebTrends 及Google Analytics的知識;
(iv) 開發響應式網站;
(v) 開發流動應用程式;
(vi) 具備社交網絡平台的知識;
(vii) 設計系統及數據庫;
(viii) 開發多媒體處理技術，例如影像串流, 論壇及製作相片/影片廊。
Candidates should have :
1. Obtained a higher diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institute or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Engineering;
2. Obtained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (for appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
3. At least 2 years’ post qualification experience in implementing and managing web portal and application by using PHP, HTML5 and MySQL Database;
4. Knowledge in JSON and XML; and
5. Experience in the following would be an advantage –
(i) Implementation of Web Content Management System such as OpenText TeamSite, WordPress, Drupal;
(ii) Implementation and managing web portal and application using Java, JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Database
(iii) Knowledge in WebTrends and Google Analytics
(iv) Developing responsive website
(v) Developing mobile application
(vi) Knowledge in social networking platform
(vii) System and database design;
(viii) Developing multimedia manipulation such as video streaming, forum and photo/video gallery.
