• (1)To handle the fitting-out, maintenance, renovation of and alterations and additions to Hongkong Post’s venues, including the preparation of drawings, schedule of repairs and renovation, and estimates; <br>
• (2)To procure and administer consultant agreements, works contracts and maintenance term contracts; <br>
• (3)To monitor and certify payment applications submitted by consultants and contractors; <br>
• (4)To monitor and manage the performance of consultants, contractors and other works agents; and <br>
• (5)To supervise works and site supervisory staff.

Candidates should have - <br>

• (1)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Building Surveying Division, or equivalent; or Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; <br>
• (2)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
• (3)A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate post-qualification working experience; <br>
• (4)Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in government building maintenance term contracts; <br>
• (5)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage; <br>
• (6)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and <br>
• (7)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
