投資推廣署為香港特別行政區政府轄下部門,致力引進並保留外來直接投資。
投資推廣署於2013年設立初創企業項目,以吸引富創新精神和可發展的企業家進駐香港,並提供一站式服務平台,支援初創企業在香港開設業務,以及向外宣傳香港為首選的初創企業地點,協助建立我們的生態系統,使香港轉化為能夠吸引世界各地企業家的地點和樞紐。本署現正招聘對科技和建立初創企業生態系統充滿熱誠的求職者加入初創企業團隊,實踐我們的使命和目標。
職責
助理經理負責為初創企業團隊成員提供行政及後勤支援,協助團隊履行本署推廣投資的使命,引進海外及內地公司來港開設或拓展業務。
(i) 為初創企業團隊及其活動回覆查詢,以及提供後勤和行政支援;
(ii) 擬備有關投資計劃的資料摘要及口頭報告材料,並為預算管制提供支援;
(iii) 輸入資料及維持部門資料庫和電腦系統,如客戶關係管理系統;
(iv) 更新網站、社交媒體發文及其他網上平台;及
(v) 在本地/海外大型活動包括記者招待會、社區項目、展覽及宣傳活動協助各項後援工作,例如宣傳、發出邀請、佈置場地;以及與各機構和承辦商聯絡以製作宣傳材料及更新內容。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is the department of HKSAR tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investment in Hong Kong.
InvestHK launched the StartmeupHK programme in 2013 to attract innovative and scalable entrepreneurs to Hong Kong, provide a one-stop service platform to support start-ups setting up in the city, promote Hong Kong as a premier start-up destination and help build our ecosystem to transform the city into an attractive destination and hub for entrepreneurs from around the world. InvestHK is now recruiting candidates who are passionate about technology and building startup ecosystems to join our StartmeupHK team to deliver our mission and objectives.
Duties
The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the StartmeupHK team members in the delivery of the investment promotion missions of the department to attract overseas and Mainland companies to set up or expand business operations in Hong Kong.
(i) To answer enquiries and provide logistic and administrative support for StartmeupHK team and its activities;
(ii) To prepare briefs and presentation materials on investment-related initiatives and provide support in budgetary control;
(iii) To input and maintain departmental databases and computer systems such as the Customer Relationship Management System;
(iv) To update websites, social media posts, and other online platforms; and
(v) To assist in the logistics arrangements, e.g. promotions, invitations, venue decoration, for local/overseas events including press conferences, community programmes, exhibitions, promotional activities; and to liaise with agencies and contractors for the development of promotional materials and updating of content.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少三年與工商管理、客戶管理、財務、國際市場推廣/營銷相關的全職工作經驗;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷,主修工商管理、財務、經濟或國際市場推廣;
(c) 必須操流利英語及粵語,通曉普通話或其他語言更佳;及
(d) 熟悉中文和英文文書處理及Microsoft Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint的應用。
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷,主修工商管理、財務、經濟或國際市場推廣;
(c) 必須操流利英語及粵語,通曉普通話或其他語言更佳;及

(a) Minimum three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in business administration, account management, finance, international marketing/sales or similar;
(b) A Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, in business administration, finance, economics, or international marketing;
(c) Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must. Knowledge of Putonghua or other language(s) would be an advantage; and
(d) Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
