PROGRAMMER (TECHNICAL SERVICES – OFFICE AUTOMATION INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES SUPPORT)
年薪約320,000元,另加約滿酬金
職責
(1) 從事╱輔助政府辦公室自動化基礎設施及服務的推行、調配、支援和維修保養工作,包括:
- 提供及管理政府辦公室自動化基礎設施及服務,其中包括但不僅限於電郵服務、目錄服務、端點保護服務、裝置管理服務、軟件及修補程式分發服務,以及視像會議服務;
- 裝設、調配及管理所有部門的個人電腦Windows系統工作站及流動裝置,藉此為使用者在日常運作上提供穏定及安全的資訊科技環境;
- 進行技術評估及硬件與軟件的升級工作;
- 為使用者提供技術支援服務,並協助應用小組和各支援小組進行日常及個別項目的工作,包括但不僅限於可行性研究、產品評估、設計解決方案、推行和引進新系統、性能表現調整及故障檢修;
(2) 協調並與其他支援小組合作,以支援政府辦公室自動化基礎設施及服務,包括裝置管理、系統偵測、服務監察、日常系統管理及恆常維護等;
(3) 從事╱輔助硬件、軟件和服務的採購工作,以及日常電腦庫存的管理及維修保養服務;
(4) 從事╱輔助有關個人電腦工作站、辦公室自動化軟件及相關技術的產品評估工作;
(5) 從事╱輔助有關政府辦公室自動化基礎設施及服務的日常支援及維修保養的品質控制;
(6) 為終端用戶提供資訊科技培訓;以及
(7) 擬備、審核和更新文件記錄,包括程序、報告等。

(1) To undertake/assist in the implementation, deployment, support and maintenance activities for the Government Office Automation (GOA) infrastructure and services, including:
- providing and managing GOA infrastructure and services including but not limited to electronic mail services, directory services, endpoint protection services, device management services, software and patch distribution services, video conferencing services;
- installing, deploying and managing all the PC Windows Workstations and mobile devices of the Department so as to provide a stable and secure IT environment for users’ daily operations;
- conducting technical evaluation and performing hardware and software upgrade;
- providing technical support services to users and assisting application teams and various support teams in ongoing or project-based activities, including but not limited to feasibility studies, product evaluations, solution design, system implementation and rollout, performance tuning and trouble-shooting;
(2) To coordinate and collaborate with other support teams in supporting the GOA infrastructure and services, including device management, system health-checking, service monitoring, ongoing system administration and housekeeping, etc.;
(3) To undertake/assist in the procurement of hardware, software and services, as well as on-going computer inventory management and maintenance services;
(4) To undertake/assist in the product evaluation of PC workstation and office automation software and related technologies;
(5) To undertake/assist in the quality control on the on-going support and maintenance activities of the GOA infrastructure and services;
(6) To provide IT training for end users; and
(7) To prepare, examine and update documentation, including procedures and reports.

入職條件
(1) 持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技學士學位或高級文憑,或同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,在資訊科技行業累積不少於兩年的全職工作經驗,當中包括最少一年客戶裝置及政府辦公室自動化軟件支援與維修的工作經驗;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前應為「課程乙」)取得第2等級(2007年以前應為「E級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 在下列一個或多個範疇具備豐富的工作經驗,並精於運用相關工具:
Microsoft Windows 8/10或以上、Lotus Domino Server 及Notes Client、Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager、Symantec 及╱或TrendMicro Endpoint Protection Solution;
(5) 具備提供Android流動裝置支援的經驗更佳;
(6) 具備提供全天候二十四小時支援的經驗更佳;
(7) 具備支援資訊科技基礎設施的經驗更佳,而有關設施宜包括兩個或以上配備高可用性設定的數據中心;
(8) 履歷表必須依時序列出過往的工作履歷及所具備的相關經驗及技能;
(9) 具備良好的中英文會話和書寫能力,以及良好的人際溝通技巧;以及
(10) 勤奮上進,並具備良好的分析和解決疑難的能力。

(1) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 2 years’ full time post-qualification working experience in IT field with at least 1 year experience on client devices and GOA software support and maintenance;
(3) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Solid working experience in one or more of the following areas and proficient in using the following tools:
Microsoft Windows 8/10 or above, Lotus Domino Server and Notes Client, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Symantec and/or TrendMicro Endpoint Protection Solution;
(5) Experience in support Android mobile devices is an advantage;
(6) Experience in providing 24x7 support is an advantage;
(7) Experience in supporting IT infrastructure with high availability setup across 2 or more data centres is an advantage;
(8) Resume must provide career history as well as relevant skills and experience in chronological order;
(9) Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and
(10) Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
