Part-time Salary Verification Officer (EDB/PDT/154/19)
時薪314元 (每星期工作少於18小時,實際工作時數按工作需要而定)
職責
(a) 核實資助學校員工薪金的相關工作;
(b) 就較複雜的薪金核實個案提供專業意見;
(c) 聯絡學校及就薪金評核的流程及核對清單向學校提供意見;以及
(d) 執行其他獲指派的職務。

(a) To perform tasks related to salary verification for staff in aided schools;
(b) To provide professional advice in respect of complicated salary verification cases;
(c) To liaise with schools and give advice to schools on workflow and checklist for salary assessment; and
(d) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 於取得學士學位後,具有不少於7年與教育相關的工作經驗;
(d) 良好的英語和廣東話口語能力;
(e) 熟識本地教育系統、現行教育政策及公營學校的薪金評核規則;
(f) 具備良好的分析能力及人際溝通技巧;以及
(g) 親切、有承擔,能獨立及於團隊中按指示工作。

(f) Strong analytical skills and good inter-personal and communication skills; and
(g) Pleasant, committed and able to work independently as well as in a team and under instructions.
