- (1)管理資訊科技系統的研發及維修工作，包括系統分析及設計、系統測試、用戶驗收測試、數據轉換、用戶培訓和生產支援； <br>
- (2)進行電腦硬件、軟件及技術的評估工作； <br>
- (3)統籌有關購置、安裝及維修保養電腦硬件及軟件項目的採購工作； <br>
- (4)確保資訊科技系統的研發及維修保養工作保持優質水平； <br>
- (5)就系統運作上協調用戶、承辦商及其他相關人士； <br>
- (6)負責研發資訊科技應用系統所需的系統分析、設計及程式編製工作； <br>
- (7)為終端用戶提供資訊科技培訓；以及 <br>
- (8)擬備、審核和更新程序、標準和報告等文件記錄。
職責
- (1)To manage the system development and maintenance activities including analysis and design, system testing, user acceptance testing, data conversion, user training and production support of IT systems; <br>
- (2)To perform the evaluation of computer hardware, software and technologies; <br>
- (3)To coordinate the procurement of computer hardware and software, including the acquisition, installation and maintenance; <br>
- (4)To ensure high quality in the development and maintenance activities of IT systems; <br>
- (5)To coordinate with users, contractors and other concerned parties on the system implementation activities; <br>
- (6)To undertake system analysis, design and programming duties for the development of IT applications; <br>
- (7)To provide IT training to end users; and <br>
- (8)To prepare, examine and update documentations, including procedures, standards and reports.
入職條件
- (1)持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位，或具備同等學歷； <br>
- (2)取得上述學歷資格後，累積不少於五年資訊科技行業的工作經驗，當中最少三年須從事大型資訊科技應用系統的設計、運作和維修保養的工作，而有關系統涉及複雜的企業邏輯及連接多個系統界面； <br>
- (3)擁有在郵政或物流行業從事資訊科技應用系統研發工作經驗者將獲優先考慮； <br>
- (4)曾在資訊科技應用系統研發和維修保養方面具備完善程序和標準的大型資訊科技部門任職者將獲優先考慮； <br>
- (5)精通以下一個或多個範疇： <br>Java/ORACLE/SQL Server/HTML5應用程式研發；適應性網頁應用程式研發；iOS/Android流動應用程式研發； <br>
- (6)具備良好的人際關係和游說技巧，能有效令各持份者採納資訊科技方案，以達致業務和營運目標； <br>
- (7)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績； <br>
- (8)履歷表須按時序列出過往的工作經驗及具備的相關技能； <br>
- (9)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，以及良好的人際溝通技巧；以及 <br>
- (10)勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in IT or computer studies, or equivalent; <br>
- (2)A minimum of five years’ post-qualification working experience in IT field, of which a minimum of three years should be in design, implementation and maintenance of large scale IT applications with complicated business logics and multiple system interfaces; <br>
- (3)Working experience in IT application development of postal or logistics business is preferred; <br>
- (4)Working experience in a large IT department with well established procedures and standards on IT application development and maintenance is preferred; <br>
- (5)Proficient in one or more of the following areas: <br>Java/Oracle/SQL Server/HTML5 Application Development; Responsive Web Application Development, iOS/Android Mobile Application Development; <br>
- (6)Good interpersonal and persuasive skills in managing multiple stakeholders to adopt an IT solution effectively to meet business and operational targets; <br>
- (7)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (8)Resume must provide career history as well as skills and experience in chronological order; <br>
- (9)Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and <br>
- (10)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
